The company has taken a revolutionary approach to property development - many of our properties’ components are now pre-manufactured and tested in our own carefully controlled Weston-run factory, rather than on site. This enables the efficient fitting at a late stage of construction of fixtures such as kitchen worktops, wardrobes and bathroom vanity units which incorporate bespoke basins, storage cabinets and associated plumbing. This minimises wasted materials whilst maximising the quality of our brand new homes.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying my first home with Weston Homes. The whole process was made so much easier thanks to the amazing support from Valerie and Judy.

Excellent service
Lee had excellent customer service. He was extremely helpful and kind went above and beyond. Absolutely outstanding service, answered all our questions thoroughly. He was extremely calm and patient and we had a good laugh with Lee. Beautiful developments and beautiful area. Excellent Customer service
My experience with Weston Homes has been excellent so far. The customer service has been fantastic from the beginning. The team has been friendly, professional, and always happy to answer my questions.
As a first-time buyer, they provided all the information I needed and guided me through the reservation process, making everything much easier to understand. They have been patient, responsive, and supportive throughout.

Very helpful speaking with Liliana
Very helpful speaking with Liliana, she made the whole process of understanding the offers available and also what is right for us.
Honestly discussed options and gave us an option we did not think was possible.
We asked lots of questions which other in the past simply didn't know the answer to or want to answer (different company). In Liliana's case she advised honestly and sought written information to share with us which was refreshing change from just words that would be contradicted when papers were received from other companies on the past.
So a big thank you from us Liliana.
