Fantastic customer service received today from Ian at Wickes Catford.
Ian helped me process both a return and a new purchase.
I found Ian to be polite, professional, very knowledgeable and courteous on both dealings with him.
He is a real credit to Wickes and it was an absolute pleasure meeting him.
Old school unhurried customer service at its finest.

After losing my trade card and down loading the trade app it was the first time of using it and I was slow in finding the discount barcode,Ben at the checkout was very helpful and quickly sorted it for me, I’ve got my 10% discount back.👍

I went into the store earlier this morning to look at some paints for bathrooms and kitchens and I met one of the workers called Ben. What an absolute gem. He is definitely an asset to Wickes!! customer service that he provided for me was next to none Ben was a very helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant, he even walked me to my car and helped me put the paint I had 10 L of it into my car great guy thank you Ben. Keep up the good work.

We wanted to colour match paint to our kitchen cupboards and were immediately served by a charming gentleman who was so helpful and took us to the paint shelves first to see whether an existing off the shelf paint would be a sufficient match. Since none was available he operated the Dulux colour match system with ease and produced the perfect match. On the card we were given it reads IAN + Tim (we think). We could not have received better service!

I was very pleased to have Ben at Catford store who supported me to find what I was looking for and was very kind to help me with the load to the car. He has also been helpful to me on several occasions when I had visited the store and today he was amazing. This gave me a very pleasant experience attending the store. Thanks Ben.

I have been a customer of Wickes for a couple of years, and overall my experience with the Catford branch has been very good.
The Catford Bridge Wickes branch is excellent, and the manager, Ben, is especially helpful. He is always polite, deals with problems efficiently, and provides great customer service. Since Ben joined the Catford branch, there have been many positive changes, particularly in the way customers are treated.
However, I am still unhappy with the service at the Ealing Broadway, Southall, and Ruislip branches. They do not seem concerned about delivery mistakes, often do not answer the phone, and on some occasions have even hung up during calls. Their level of professionalism is poor, and it appears that some staff members have not been fully trained.
Unfortunately, the customer service at these branches has been very disappointing, and the treatment of customers needs significant improvement.

I think they are a Great team specially in Catford , anerly and Black Heath.

They do the Job right and on time. Thats enough.
