Dreadful service using their "marketplace". Purchase made online. Very limited delivery options. We had to book a delivery well in advance despite needing the unit urgently. They then cancelled the delivery on the morning it was due and insisted I needed to wait another week. Having no response to my complaint, I decided to build the unit from scratch. Cheaper and easier to buy furniture board (B & Q). Would not use Wickes again

Today I came into wicks . And there was a young lad who had name badge as Jayden I think it was . I asked about the kitchen he said I am a trainee and only been here a couple of weeks I asked could he get someone who would be able to help me he said I ain’t someone who goes to get someone for you I got work to be doing so ignorant and rude I only wanted help on idea and prices and what the next steps were on doing an kitchen .

I usually use this shop all the time for my work but won’t be coming back so rude of a staff member

Absolutely terrible service from Wickes don't bother ordering anything online. Ordered guttering and downpipes and all have arrived scratched/damaged. They want you to provide photos fill out forms and sit on the phone for 30 minutes before they do anything about it. They clearly have an issue with this as the online reviews say the same. Be quicker to go and get it from a proper company.

First of all Macheala was brilliant in designing our bathroom for us we were both happy with her design & Fabio the lovley guy who Macheala recommended to do the job was absolutely amazing so friendly & hard working & we were both very happy with the finished project thankyou so much.

Once again the amazing staff at Corby Wickes showed their helpfulness & kindness especially Patrick in loading my compost into my car great customer service & team work with the nice guy at the till ( sorry I forgot your name ) 5*

I made multiple online orders in one day and all were fulfilled promptly and accurately.

I wouldn't recommend placing an order with this company! I placed an order with them on the 25th June 2026 and the item I ordered showed that it was in stock and would be delivered within 4 days. When the item didn't arrive I chased them to be advised that the item I ordered was out of stock. Since that time I have been chasing for a refund and still don't have it - 12 days later! Even when they agree to a refund it can take up to 14 days to get your money back so I would avoid this company at all costs.

Visited Wickes chesham branch where I needed help in choosing the correct specification tiles for bathroom and Shammas was very helpful in helping me with the correct type and with product knowledge. Even helped me load them in my car. A credit to the wickes team.

I've used Wicks for many years, in store and online. I've always found the quality of materials good at a reasonably competitive price. Today I visited the Exeter store and was very impressed with the customer service support I received from Sharon. Very helpful and friendly. Many could learn from her professionalism. Thank you.

Luis (Hedge End store) was amazing in supporting our local school with some paint and tools, as part of the community programme.

I made great big effort to come and talk about kitchen ,asked to print out what he did but he refused to do so and he said he will send plan and quote following day by email, but never arrived, they let me down, wasted my time. I will get kitchen somewhere else

Had a kitchen fitted by Wickes one year, ago. Deb Mason dealt with me, & she was really helpful, & now booked a bathroom to be done with them, & again Deb Mason dealing with it all, so should all go smoothly, for the bathroom fitting. Would recommend Wickes.

I visited Wickes today as I can usually find exactly what I need, often with guidance from an assistant. I got to the checkout and questioned the price and was told this was not the size I required which was not a problem, however the cashier referred to me as “buddy”which I found irritating and pointed out I was customer, not his buddy. He immediately retorted “I should not be so rude”
I have shopped at Wickes for many years but this was my last visit. Politeness from staff is as important as courtesy from customers. A little training may help those dealing with the public.

Ordered a larder a wall unit doors for the larder a decorative panel and a plinth to add some storage to a utility room. The order was placed on line a date for delivery was chosen and confirmation was received that all items were in stock. The delivery date arrived one item was received, the larder, I contacted wickes held on line for 30 mins and they confirmed the rest of the order would be coming on another delivery date. I stayed in only to receive one other item still 4 outstanding . Contacted wickes again and they have reordered items will be delivered the following week. Thank goodness I haven’t ordered a whole kitchen I would be waiting 6 months for it to arrive. Very frustrating experience.

I had a fantastic experience with Gavin Hickmott at Wickes. He came out to our home the very same day to help with our cloakroom project, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated.

Gavin was friendly, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, offered brilliant ideas and practical suggestions we hadn't even considered, and guided us through every step of the process. His expertise gave us complete confidence in our choices.

With Gavin's help, we've now purchased everything we need for the project, and that's entirely down to his excellent advice and customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, and we never felt rushed.
