I went in to Alton, Wickes to get a shade of paint made up (I wanted a garden shade but made into an interior wood paint). George came and assisted me, he advised on the best type of paint to use & carefully made up the colour required. He then patiently let me check the colour whilst in the store, he even gave me a piece of wood to test it on to ensure I was happy with it. Which I was. Excellent customer service . Thank you. The staff at the Bridgend branch were fabulously helpful to me today.
I wasn’t sure which products I needed and the staff went out of their way to sort me out, made sure I had the right products AND saved me a little money too.
I have to say, Laura was particularly helpful, guiding me through things, searching for products and saving me money. Special thanks to her.
On today’s shopping experience, I can’t fault anything and can’t speak highly enough of the Bridgend team.

The whole experience of planning and fitting our new kitchen was made so much easier by having Wiktoria help us with the planning process, nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very patient helping us get things right. Our fitter Simon and his extended team were excellent. Again nothing was too much trouble and to see our new kitchen evolve was a good experience!

Hayley at the Blackheath location is amazing. She single handedly moved through a line of people with complicated questions with grace and speed. I only waited about 5 minutes for her help and she sorted my issue immediately. Great lady with a kind spirit and good work ethic. 10 stars

So after buying at great cost a solid oak kitchen from them I was initially pleased with the product however after 7 years there was discolouration in the units. Contacting them to activate the ten year warranty it was immediately declined due to “ There is evidence of direct sunlight pouring into the kitchen in your own photos, including large windows and a door consisting of glass”. So stay away from the Wickes solid oak it can’t handle sunlight in a kitchen.

I'd just like to big up the team in Chippenham. Thank you for the compost for a school garden.

Went into the Bridgend Store, the staff were helpful, even a member who had just finished work, was happy to assist. It is rare to even find a store assistant when shopping these days, so 10/10 for all your knowledge and guidance. The cost and quality of my products were cheaper than competitors and customer service was outstanding. I also had to return to the store for a refund on an item, and again, staff were on hand to help and dealt with me quickly. Thank you

Wow! What a company. The store manager - Ingrid - has been incredible at supporting our school and been in constant communication, going over and above to support us. We couldn’t be more grateful.

Visited the store last night around 19;15. Staff were incredibly helpful and a real pleasure to converse with. Young man - I regret I can’t remember his name (4 letters; Adam?!!) very tall - well over 6’ & showed me his bike! - offered to put heavy bags of slate in my car. He even pushed the trolley out of the store for me. As I left smiling, I thought, “I’ve spent over £50 at Wickes but I never expected to enjoy myself so much!” You know why? Because the young staff are so engaging and helpful. Highly recommend and well done to them!

What a visit to this store. I've been in a couple of times. Today I came to the store to get a few bits and couldn't find the garden bits I needed and a staff member helped me but the thing I enjoyed most about visiting the store this afternoon was that when I entered the store every staff member I seen was smiling considering the heat. A couple was having a laugh whilst in the paint section which was lovely too. It is always a pleasure to visit this store and another bonus was their drive to support the charity they are supporting! Great customer service as per every visit.

Came in with my husband yesterday to find all the paints and door fixings for our new renovation. Carlos at the till called for a manager to come and give assistance as we had no clue on the best parts to buy for everything in our rooms. Brady came to the till and spent 10 minutes explaining everything about different paints and sold us the best quality paints and parts we needed. He was very helpful and helped us lift the items to the car aswell as we bought many paints. would recommend highly going to this store

Triton Bathrooms delivered excellent service from survey to installation. Tony and his team delivered an excellent bathroom despite several obstacles with the property, explained any issues and their solutions solutions promptly. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Popped in to get some more topsoil, went to Guildford as was in the area. Great service from all. Met Tamzin who was on her first shifts, very nervous but very friendly

Tony from Triton Bathrooms is such a nice guy. So helpful and informative. Work was carried out to a very high standard. He always left the work area clean and tidy and kept me updated with each step of the process. He is very approachable, professional and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend Triton Bathrooms

Steve was friendly and helpful at the Carmarthen Road depot.Offered great advice on the products needed for my project.He directed us to the appropriate isle.Hopefully money well spent, certainly couldn't be described as cheap.
