We had such a great experience buying our kitchen from Wickes Hayes. We did shop around but found Wickes to be the best at price. Mr
Shahin Aziz was our kitchen designer who went above and beyond to get us the kitchen we wanted and in the budget we had planned. From the home measurements to designing it and showing us how it would look like. He gave us a great deal, helpful advice and made sure we were happy. Theres finance options at Wickes as well. Highly recommend!

Melinda was extremely helpful and pleasant on my recent trip.
Made me feel very welcome with her warm chatty nature.

I’m doing renovations on my garden. Wickes is just around the corner. Every time I have been in the staff are friendly, and very attentive. The store is well stocked with everything I needed.

I almost can't believe I am writing a great review of Wickes due to a previous horrible experience with their bathrooms. However, I had no choice but to shop here again as nowhere else had what I needed!

I went into the Swindon store and couldn't find what I needed (heavy bags of sand) and Theo went out of his way to help me. He fetched the stock from the warehouse, brought it to my car, loaded it in and even ran back to the car once he realised i'd left my token in the trolly.

Most of all, he was kind and very polite. Thanks for the great service Theo.

Brilliant, fast service. Delightful delivery driver who put 6 heavy bags of bark exactly where we wanted them to be put. All part of the service!

George the Kitchen Designer was very friendly and professional and did a thorough job measuring up for my Kitchen.
He seemed to 'get' the various things I wanted and was enthusiastic about the prospect of the project.
He was able to offer some sound advice about certain aspects and specifics.
Looking forward to the follow-up appointment on Monday to view his ideas and proposals.

Terrible quality with Wickes Ohio units. They look good, but have awful off-gassing, and are not produced to the European E1 standard. We had ours in stalled on March , and smelling worse than ever in July. Don't buy unless you like the smell off carcinogenic formaldehyde gas. Wickes have stopped replying to our complaint.

The design consultant Sandhu was extremely helpful when he came to my home to discuss new kitchen cabinets. I didn’t feel pressured into buying something I couldn’t afford. When I went into the store Sandhu had the plans ready for me to see.

It was great having Mya as my design consultant who helped me with my kitchen. She was patient and professional and advised me on the best options for my requirements, I would most definitely recommend her to anyone.
