Jim, member of staff serving was very helpful and friendly.

The design consultant Sandhu was extremely helpful when he came to my home to discuss new kitchen cabinets. I didn’t feel pressured into buying something I couldn’t afford. When I went into the store Sandhu had the plans ready for me to see.

It was great having Mya as my design consultant who helped me with my kitchen. She was patient and professional and advised me on the best options for my requirements, I would most definitely recommend her to anyone.

We recently purchased our new kitchen from Wickes, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Ben.

From the very beginning, Ben was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. He took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed, even when we changed our minds or needed extra advice.

Ben was with us every step of the way, helping us plan and organise our kitchen, making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. His attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly approach really stood out.

We can’t thank Ben enough for all of his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to design and purchase a kitchen from Wickes. He’s a real credit to the company!

I came in store today and needed some help finding what i needed, I asked a young lady called Nat she was very helpful.

One of the staff memeber's, Jim, helped me alot with choosing and looking for the best mixer for my sink. Very friendly and knowledgable.

Wickes supplied and installed my shower enclosure. After a few years, it suddenly exploded into thousands of pieces despite never being damaged or mishandled. Luckily, neither my pet nor I were in the bathroom at the time, as this would have caused serious injury - the heavy pieces of shattered glass was everywhere including the landing area and my stairs with some tiny and very sharp bits still found weeks later when I stepped on them, causing a small injury to my foot.

Wickes dismissed it as “wear and tear” because it was over six years old and took no responsibility. I wanted them to investigate what is clearly a serious safety issue. A shower screen should not suddenly shatter into thousands of pieces without warning.

When I asked whether the incident had been reported to the manufacturer, they simply stopped responding.

Based on this experience, I’d be very cautious about buying and having a shower enclosure installed by Wickes.

The lady who served me with a product was called Debbie, she was went above and beyond customer service, but I appreciate it as I am disabled she tried her best but the item to my wanted was not a Wickes item but it did say on the internet that Wickes did this have item but she did explain that wickes only sold certain products that was made by croydex so I had to go elsewhere and which to get the item I wanted but I think Debbie for trying as much as possible because the rest are hands were tied.

Amy Laura Tang - Bathroom department at Welwyn Garden City from the start was extremely helpful. We needed to change our order and were concerned the delivery would not arrive in time for our builder. Amy sorted everything out for us and we are awaiting delivery next week.
Her support is still on-going and because of her, everything has gone smoothly and most importantly stress free for us so a big "thank you" and very happy to recommend Wicks Bathroom Service and Amy Laura Lang to anyone. The prices and quality look good too!

We have recently had a new kitchen fitted and are thrilled with the transformation. Excellent service from start to finish. We were fortunate to meet designer, Bev Goosey. Bev listened to what we wanted, came up with ideas and suggestions, conducted a home visit to view and measure the room and designed a beautiful kitchen for us. Bev is an absolute credit to Wickes and we are very appreciative.Simon James and his team fitted it for us and were a pleasure to work with, keeping us updated, suggesting improvements we hadn't considered such as an additional wall socket and beat the deadline by days. The Team worked very hard, were courteous, respectful and polite and always cleaned up after each day.
We can't rate highly enough and utterly recommend. A BIG thank you to all for an amazing room transformation.

Clean, tidy and good selection of materials. Staff were also very helpful. Especially Deejay ,who explained the benefits of a trade account and helped me sign up for one

After several weeks of getting nowhere with customer services over damaged tins of paint ordered over the internet, a wonderful lady called bev at the Lichfield branch saved the day. It's always better to speak to someone face to face. Because of her I will still shop at Wickes, but maybe not online.

The kitchen designer Angela was simply outstanding and provided some innovative ideas.
My only frustration is Wickes offers appear great initially but once you realise it relates to units only and does not include worktops or appliances (both overpriced) they are not so appealing compared to competitors.
Such a shame because Angela worked so hard with the design.

I asked for help and within 1 minute I was greeted by Brandon . I showed him what I was looking for and he double checked on the system he chose the correct product as I only had a screen shot . Very polite and helpful . Thank you so much x

We had an excellent experience with Wickes, right from our first appointment through to completion. Chloe walked us through the whole process, was very patient with all of our questions (and indecisiveness), and came up with some great ideas to completely transform our bathroom - even offering guidance and inspiration on colours and styles when asked. Overall an excellent, speedy service. Thank you!

I had known idea of what the paint was called, just had pictures but had such great help from a lovely guy called Jim.and he got exactly what paint i wanted. Overall really good experience.

I use Loughton branch frequently. I love the staff who are always friendly and helpful. It’s not the biggest wickes but had everything I need. Deliveries are complete and on time, when one item was missed they sent it specially same day ; excellent service.

Quick installation and good response time from customer service but multiple parts have failed and the 2 year workmanship guarantee does not cover much and they will state that it was damaged by yourself, parts are only covered for a year and this is poorly communicated during booking. Part of the reason i went to wickes and paid their premium price was for the extended guarantee but this ended up being a bad and expensive choice and did not cover much at all.
