Terrible service and unprofessional
Terrible service and unprofessional. Purchased a car from here under the information that the car was as in great condition, i checked MOT all seemed legit. Paid for delivery which they decided to drive the actual car 90miles to my location and during thar time use it as an carshare whilst they delivered other cars. During this time the car overheated and died, they had to wait to restart and then still wanted me to take it lmao.
Requested refund which i was made to wait till next day and when asking for update they couldn’t be bothered to even check the issue of the car so it will probably be back up for sale with no checks. Il do your job for you so when you read this you have an idea. The Ecoboost on the ford focus models has a issue with the coolant pipes cracking and bursting there was a recall few years ago. It may need a visit to ford garage or the pipes replacing but if it was drove after over heating and no coolant then more engine damage is possible. This should be fixed before attempting to sell again. I advise in future using a flatbed for your car deliveries like most professional garages do.

Avoid at all costs
Please do not buy a car from this company, the previous business went into administration and have left a lot of us in trouble, sales service was great but the cars are substandard. Check Redrose cars reviews for details. As a publicly traded company it was quite easy to follow the breadcrumbs of the several business operated and liquidated. Same surnames, same locations, same buildings set up within a month of the other ending. AVOID.

Purchased a car from this company which was formerly known as redrose cars. I discovered the ECU in the vehicle I was sold had been remapped and as a result when my MOT was due it could not be carried out, as these modifications had not been disclosed. Had I had an accident my insurance would also have been void!!! I am now left paying finance for a car I cannot use. Stay clear of this company!! Also very suspicions they keep going into liquidation and changing their name. Should not be getting away with this. To the reply it was purchased under a family members name and I can assure you it was your company!!

No! I have the correct business, in fact you reached out to TrustPilot to get my review removed (they contacted me), I provided receipts to them. Hence why my review is still active. You are now WH Cars instead of widowhill cars. I’d upload the receipts here but TrustPilot do not allow this.
Please stop trying to fool people. You’re not smart enough.
