It seems my experience has been the same as others on here. I purchased an item back in February 2026 and arranged for postage and packaging. Sent the label and arranged collection. On the collection day I get a text off Royal Mail saying it’s not ready to collect. I tried multiple times to contact them but no success. I then got in contact with the main email address but then they’ve not been any help either. They’ve said the item has now been put up for auction for none collection; to add on it took over a month to get a reply. It looks like I’m going to have to contact the bank to resolve it.

I have bought a fews car from Wilsons auctions mallusk and can honestly say Richard Morrison couldn't do enough to help me with any questions that I had regarding the cars. He sorted everything out super quick and nothing was a problem.
Richard is always willing to help, always willing to go the extra mile, and always makes things easier for everyone involved. I couldn't thank Richard enough for all his help.

My daughter took her car to this place following a voluntary termination on her HP. The car WAS in pristine condition when she left it, it was looked over 1 week later and they then sent her a bill for £640 for damage. Luckily she has photos from when she left it there... showing NO damage. Some of the photos they sent her are not even her car!!!!!
AVOID at all costs, bunch of robbing cowboys. If you have a car on hp and want to terminate please don't drop it off here.

Brought 2 invoices 3 months ago and have been trying to arrange shipping every since to no avail. Booked a courier collection which failed (lost money on that). They then charged me an additional £15 for these two invoices (packaging fees or something). No responses via email, cannot get through to them over the phone, Lost so much money on this firstly for the invoices themselves, then the £15 packaging fees and thirdly a failed courier charge and it seems I won't be able to even get these items. How are they getting away with this once you pay for your items it's radio silence no hope of getting them.

I purchased a small item and trying to organise royal mail to collect it.
I have tried numerous times to call them as well as email them to organise them packing it for me , ready for pick up, which they suggest and request you do. I followed their instructions , to absolutely no avale ... Shocking customer service . I only purchased something small to see what they were like , prior to purchasing other food, potentially substantial amounts... Absolutely no way am I using they again.
The item I purchased was under £10 , so if through their shockingly terrible customer service I lose the item , at least it's only £10... DO NOT BID OR BUY ANYTHING ,A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME..

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately I was one of a number of people to be scamed buying a non running car that was advertised as running. They keep lying saying it was advertised correctly but I had the evidence to say otherwise. I had to go to a solicitor and the ccpc to get my money back. Im still does money for travelling to collect the car but ill resolve that in small clames court. Dublin branch

This is my second experience with Wilsons auctions and once again their customer experience is first class. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa Turnbull again and just like my first time dealing with Wilson’s auctions she was such a big help, thank you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUCTION! This is the SECOND time Wilson Auctions in Queensferry has explicitly lied in their catalogue. They listed vehicles as having "all documents present," but both times they sold me cars with absolutely NO paperwork.To make matters worse, I already had a buyer lined up for this car. Because of Wilsons' lies and missing documents, the deal fell through. The client was furious about the delay and the lack of paperwork, and as a result, I completely lost my reputation and credibility in their eyes, along with my profit.I am now facing massive legal and financial problems because of their fraudulent descriptions. Their customer service completely ignores complaints. This is not a mistake; it is a systematic scam and a deliberate deception of buyers. Avoid Wilson Auctions Queensferry at all costs unless you want to lose your money, your clients, and your business reputation!

They sent my parcel to different part of the UK by changing the label. I have tried to ask the reason and asked for return of my parcel, no help. Useless. They did not even bother contacting me, apologising and refunding my monies. Beware. They used to be good before, now they have become absolutely useless, especially some staff on general online sale section.

Adam Beaton of the Scotland property department was very helpful. Always quick to respond to queries. Viewings were also facilitated. The whole process wasn’t too dissimilar to a regular property transaction through any other estate agent.

A scrap metal merchant guising as a vehicle and machinery reseller. The Dalry outlet take much of their cars from Eastern Western Motor Group (pretty much all cars that are cosmetically not fit for the forecourt) who want market value for their cars but don't price in the many dents, scratches, chips, rust spots and other damage that nearly every car comes with.

Many also come with pretty rough interiors.

Nearly all are corroded underneath.. and this isn't mentioned in the report. Corroded subframes, suspension components etc.

The other thing is, there's hardly any cars going through the Dalry outlet. A ton of nearly new Ford Pumas.. and then a paltry number of Eastern Westerns overpriced rejects!

But if you're looking for a cheap car, I'd look elsewhere.. because the uncertainties and the cosmetic damage are NOT priced in here !!

Bought 2 rings advertised and sold as 14k, went to get them checked and only 1 was 14k and the other was 9k. Scammers

Customer service was getting terrible last year, and now they literally stopped addressing issues. I bought few weeks ago some small stuff trough couple auctions. And i requested to pack all those items in to one package for collection. It's not enough that they didn't packed two out of 3 invoices that i requested. So when i asked (a week ago) what was the reasons for that, i didn't got any answer. I contacted them again yesterday and ask the same thing again as i have no clue where's me won lots. Did they lost them, or do they just waiting their turn for package. My email was forwarded to a Craig, manager of the packaging department, but as the last time, he didn't bothered to comeback to me with explanation of what's going on. And if he will come back, most likely the excuse will be "sorry, we are very busy right now" this is no longer acceptable response. I'm hearing this for last year. Millions worth company can't higher more staff? Disgusting greed.
And i'm still waiting to have my lots packed, which will be a big package after last auction. My guess is around 10 bigger boxes. And i have no clue when and if i will ever get my stuff.

Absolute cowboys passing on rubbish to others. Fast to take your money though...the auctioneers who are selling the items have no idea about the product just pumping up the product based on original price. There is a reason the item is gone to auction. Because its fla'd out. Be very very careful. There is no come back. Its all rubbish with buyers premium

Bought a car last week there and not driveable, issue with engine, not mentioned on the description of the car!!! Totally Misrepresented!!!! Stay away from them!!!!

I have brought many items from Wilson’s auction, I have had a lot of interaction with Haley Singleton when it’s come to packing up my won items for collection, and I would highly recommend Maidstone site of Wilson’s auction

Bought a car and wouldn’t buy again. Try to pay for it and never got a call or invoice from the company. Then suddenly the next morning I got a text saying I was at risk of losing the car because I didn’t pay. Collected the car and there was rattling noises coming from the engine, it later turned out the engine vacuum pump was missing. There was no information of the car being faulty or having any noise from the engine when buying. Rang the customer service to confront them about the issue and they just said it was my problem now. All I will say is very quick to take your money and then go silent after that. Car was meant to be in perfect condition and turned out it was far from that. I will never buy from them again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend. Even if it all looks perfect it most likely isn’t.

6 days ago I wrote a review in anger which I now regret as the issues I have had did take longer than I anticipated to resolve but have now all been resolved and with a lengthy call from Allan McK he explained as a company how busy they are and apologised for taking a little longer than they should have to resolve the matter never the less they have resolved any issues I have had to my satisfaction and I look forward to buying from them again
