My Wlncanton delivery.
The Wlncanton delivery team were friendly, helpful, polite and professional. They carried the boxes into the house and left them where indicated. I was impressed by the excellent text and email communications that I had received from Wincanton about my delivery prior to the date of the delivery.
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond their control, the delivery team arrived with my boxes later than the initially scheduled time slot, but I was kept fully informed of the fact that they had been delayed and I was kept fully informed of their progress. The team arrived within the later time slot that had been scheduled. The team leader gave me a courtesy phone call about 15 minutes before they arrived with the delivery. The team were very apologetic for the delay, but as I mentioned, I had been kept fully informed of the revised delivery time slots, so it certainly wasn't an issue as far as I was concerned. Many thanks to Wincanton and to their delivery team for their excellent service.
Sofa delivery
Wincanton kept us updated re. two recent deliveries we had via texts within a two hour window with updates due to any delays. They also included a telephone number in their messages, so you could speak with someone in person as an option. I did this when booking the deliveries and the team were very helpful. We are situated in a small village at the end of Cornwall with incredibly narrow, winding roads. The delivery team navigated these incredibly well, even though it must have been difficult. Both delivery teams were professional, efficient, polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this service.

Appalling service. Firstly the tracking system did not work so we were unable to plan the day. The order was incomplete and no explanation as to why a key part of the delivery was missing. We were not given a further delivery date so are still left without our items. The delivery team did not assemble the components which we had paid for and we are now left in limbo. Absolutely atrocious!

I was scheduled to have a delivery on…
I was scheduled to have a delivery on 8th May. This day was requested many weeks ago. I took a day off work to ensure I would be in the house to receive my new Loaf sofa. My appointment was for 3.15pm. 3.15pm comes and goes and check the delivery is now moving back every 1 hour to 6pm. A man from the delivery team calls me to tell me he will be with me in 20 mins.. 20 minutes later two men turn up in a large van, first question he asks me is whether they can deliver it to the kerb side and if I can take it inside and assemble it. This is a huge sofa..Which I declined, as clearly this is their job . Then he speaks to the driver and suggests he has driven too many hours for the day and they cannot deliver the sofa. I am shocked as they have driven to the outside my house and refused to deliver it. They get into their van and drive off. They were extremely rude and did not explain the situation well. This is possibly the worst service I have ever received from anybody. This just beggars belief why Loaf would use this terrible company! I am extremely angry about this situation. The number left for the furniture team is meant to be open Monday - Saturday, what a surprise I cannot get through. Full complaint going to Loaf!

The delivery itself was on time…however…
The delivery itself was on time and I was kept updated about the delivery time. However, very very disappointed that they did not unpack the item (a very heavy coffee table), nor did they remove the packaging (a very large box which was heavy and very awkward to deal with). They were delivering on behalf of DFS and told us that DFS don’t tell customers that unpacking and removal of packaging aren’t part of the service. Shame on you, whoever is to blame.

Very happy with sofa delivery
Very happy with sofa delivery. They arrived on time, were friendly and efficient. Positioned the sofa correctly and removed the packaging. No damage or scuffs to either the walls or the sofa.
