Scam stay away

Avoid this company.
Did not deliver mirror as promised.
Spend months trying to get a refund.
Had to resort to getting my bank to get me a refund.

We bought a wing mirror replacement from Wing mirror man, we gave the sales person vehicle details and were assured that the correct replacement would be sent, we spent another £100 on trying to have it fitted by a professional fitter, he could not fit there were gaps all round where water could leak in, the indicator would not recognise the wiring so was flashing over fast in the vehicle and a warning was showing constantly, trying to get hold of the customer service was nigh impossible, we had to keep ringing sales to put us through, we applied for a refund on the returned item, which was agreed, but that refund has still not been paid 28 days on we would not recommend anyone to use this company

I cancelled an order in early May before any product was shipped and got an email from them saying refund pending. Upon checking my credit card bill early June I saw the refund had not come through. I called them multiple times and was assured each time the matter was being dealt with. I also emailed their finance dept who did not respond. I gave up mid-June and am now pursuing getting my money back via my credit card company. I will be reporting this company to trading standards.

Good customer service and communication. Items arrived within expected time and fitted perfectly .

Waited for a refund on website says 3-5 days, no refund. Called them and was told 28 days, called them on 28 days and they said they have sent payment to my card, still no payment received so I called again. The tool on the phone was very rude saying you didnt pay us by bank transfer so why should we do. I think 30+ days for a refund is taking the piss, customer service very rude. Avoid at all costs

P.S the part they advertised for my car didn't even fit when they sent, all in all 2 month process and still no refund. God knows how they are in business. They just take your money and then hold on as long as legally possible going off my case and the many other reviews. Absolute t wat of a company!!!

So I placed an order on the 25th May for a replacement wing mirror. £276. Two days later I was emailed saying there was no stock of the item and it had to be reordered from abroad. No indication on time frames. It is now the 24th June and still no sign of my wing mirror.
I called their office and was kept on hold for ages, There were no apologies for the delay or inconvenience. I was made to feel as though I was at fault and I was being a pain. Rude customer service, no updates on orders. Misleading advertising by saying the item is in stock. Difficult to get hold of. Avoid this company unless you like being humiliated.

The product was good and price was excellent but my Toyota Rav 4 wing mirror was ordered on 25 February and delivered on 20 June 2025. I knew it wasnt a stock item but had no idea it would take so long. They were helpful in selecting the right item and good at responding to calls but the delay was disappointing. I would use them again but only if I could get by with duck tape as I did this time!

I ordered a replacement wing mirror (passenger side) for a Toyota Aygo, I received so much communication prior to the part arriving, I genuinely thought I'd ordered from a reputable company. On fitting the part, it appears I've been sent a mirror for a left hand drive vehicle, meaning I can't see down the side of my car. Thinking it was a mistake I reached out to them immediately, I have made numerous attempts to speak to someone, calling (with no response), filling in the contact form, even engaging in an online chat and they just don't want to know. I imagine they are dragging it out so it goes past the 28 day return period. I so wish I'd done my research and just paid more and bought from Toyota.

Goods in stock. Paid for a 24hr delivery. Goods did not arrive in period delivery paid for. No communication. Advised to cancel order and issue refund after which Goods were dispatched. Abysmal communication. Abysmal delivery. Abysmal service.

Someone smashed off my wife's wingmirrow glass.
Got a replacement for 60 quid ish with Wingmirror Man. Didn't fit, not even close. Ended up breaking it trying to make it fit. Rang up. Very dismissive attitude. Said needed to sent photos via the submit a ticket system.
Submitted a ticket, but it doesn't accept attachments so emailed instead. Still no response. Bit the bullet and bought the original toyota mirror for £180. Fit without any effort. Told Wing Mirror Man. Still no response Should have read the reviews first.

Ordered a wing mirror from this company via buyitonline.co.uk - cancelled the order about an hour later on the telephone with wing mirror man. Then got an invoice. Raised this in the chat through buy it online. They chatted back and said they were the person I had spoken with and a colleague would process the cancellation. Continued to get emails saying the item was on its way to paint store. Mailed buy it online. No response .. contacted wing mirror man. No answer. Got the item delivered. Tried to return. Finally got through to a very rude man at wing mirror man saying I won't be getting a refund as it was painted. Filed a claim. Wing mirror man rejected as it was painted despite evidence of cancellation confirmation. Went through to PayPal - had to claim from buy it online as that's who the payment went to - No option for ' cancelled the item an hour after ordering.so had to file under ' it wasn't the order/ item I was expecting.'. I thankfully had screenshots of the chat where the worker confirmed my cancellation. Eventually buy it online said for me to return the item.. only then for it to come back to me as ' it was a painted item' - the refund still came -

What a joke of a company. Ordered online, then had to wait for a call to take payment?? So, waited, and waited, and waited. Five phone calls, emails etc. Email ignored. Chase up on phone (getting an answer was a lesson in patience) and told (arrogantly) someone would ' reach out' to call for payment. So, three days, and am waiting, waiting, waiting. It's not going to happen. With the same reviews mostly red one star reviews I am intrigued as to how long they can keep trading, with a shambles of a business operation. Definetly arrogant sharks. Avoid at all costs!!

Paid for Royal Mail 24 and the item has still not arrived 3 days later - would not recommend

One of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. Customer services agents seem to be trained to undermine customers with legitimate concerns. I was misled about an item I ordered being in stock when it wasn’t. After the date for the subsequently notified restock had passed, I could then get no information from the company when I tried to get a further update despite emails and a phone call to them. I ordered the item on the basis that it was in stock on 19 May. I recently requested a refund by email and via the website and I have also complained about their customer service - I have had no reply. Very very disappointing. A simple and genuine apology from a customer services agent would have gone a long way. Apparently customers have no right to feel aggrieved if an item they have paid for does not arrive as expected, nor should they expect to be given precise information about the extent of any delay.

Don't order from this company

I ordered a wing mirror cover in metallic blue for my Citroen C1. On receipt of the item it was the wrong colour (glossy blue, not metallic). Every time I call them about it they keep fobbing me off saying they will refer it to the paint team. After months of not getting anywhere I have given up and will sell the cover privately just to get my money back. AVOID this company at all costs!

I really wish i had checked these reviews before I ordered a mirror for next day delivery OVER 2 WEEKS AGO.
Day after order i had email saying there's a 10 day delay and I would be kept updated.
No update, so I emailed again.
No reply so I asked for refund.
NO REPLY! ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF
