We ordered a master touch weber charcoal bbq on Wednesday evening, it arrived Friday. We started putting it together on Saturday and noticed a fault. We emailed that morning and had a reply straight away to say they'd send a replacement. We received this on Tuesday! What an amazing service, well done. Will definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer service - I ordered a Weber Summit Kamado (which is also awesome!) on a next day delivery service. The courier proved, as often is the case, to be a weak link and the BBQ didn't arrive but a phone call to Patrick proved that this is a business that cares about its customers and he managed to get the couriers to turn up early on a Saturday morning, saving a family get together.

It is refreshing to see companies that genuinely care about the full customer journey. Tbh, I was a little concerned that the service would be poor as the prices are so good, but it was 100% positive for us and I would recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely first class company with excellent service. My goods arrived quickly in perfect order. I had a query on one minor issue and it was resolved immediately.

I would highly recommend this company and I will be going back on my next BBQ purchases.

I’m appalled at the standard of customer service from wowbbq. Each person on the phone giving different information, each saying that the others are wrong and to do something different, nobody wanting to help. The most rude and condescending customer service from one individual.

I purchased a bbq for £850 less than 4 years ago which has already burnt through. I have lost my paper receipt and wanted a replacement invoice so that I can try and claim warranty through Weber. I was told that I would have been emailed an invoice at the time of purchase but this is not the case, all I have is an order confirmation. The hoops I am having to jump through to get a replacement invoice is ridiculous. I’m not even wanting to claim warranty with wowbbq but they’re making it very difficult to help me. If you’re planning on spending £850 on a bbq I’d recommend going elsewhere with your money.

Decided to order my first proper BBQ and wowbbq came up in joint cheapest. I was impressed with their website and when I reached out to discuss delivery, they couldn't be more helpful. I was worried as I couldn't do a saturday delivery but needed it delivered on a specific day that i was working from home.
They assured me no problems, and it was no problems! Infact it was perfect.
Never had a pallet delivered before but it was straight forward. The guy pulled up, took the pallet off the lorry and used a pallet mover to move it into my garage for me! If i could've tipped the driver i would have.
Everything was well packaged and the pallet was a small enough to fit it into my car to easily take it to the tip afterwards.

The searwood has been going for 3 hours now and holding it's temperature perfectly.

I have had an exceptionally great experience with WOWBBQ. Great advice, brilliant products and they do exactly what they say they will do. I had a minor issue, and it was dealt with efficiently and without fuss. That's everything I could possibly want and more. I say without hesitation, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Not an overstatement to say it has been the best customer service experience in living memory, and a very refreshing break from the norm. Niall was attentive, polite, helpful, and prompt in contacting me about delivery and discussing options. I felt like he knows the products and the delivery experience, and I was in safe hands. Really made me think, who are these people?

I don't buy BBQs very often, so wasn't previously familiar with the company, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My 1 star review reflects the level of service I have received.

What I do for a profession has no relevance to this, but since you raised compliance, you can mislead by omission too. You failed to mention in your reply I actually ordered 2 paid for items, the reason i was on your site in the first place.
Which you cancelled them without communication! This is what I am reviewing you on.
A quick email to say there was an error and the price wasn't right for the items I haven't mentioned in my review and I would happily have proceeded with the paid for elements of my order.

I am deeply concerned by 1 - Your conduct in both researching my professional status and attempting to exploit this. 2 - Your misleading comments regarding my character. Unless an apology is issued, I will have little option to seek independant legal advice in relation to your defamatory comments.

If you wish to discuss this further, I kindly suggest we take it away from a public forum!

I rang the telephone helpline on 4 different occasions and the phone was answered immediately every time . And by a real human being who was both professional and knowledgeable . A rare level of service these days . Purchase was on time and beautifully packaged . A great experience all round .

Very good service, bought a 22’ WSM, the pallet company they use let me choose my delivery day and the item arrived perfectly. Would definitely recommend and use again

Absolutely shocking costumer service, they cancelled my order without telling me due to me ordering the wrong size BBQ cover,

I took a day off to receive the order and received absolutely 0 contact from the company. Shocking.

Having ordered a Weber 5775 Master Touch bbq as a fathers day gift from my kids it arrived with a slightly damaged lid, the result of poor handling as was evident by a small mark on the box I hadn't noticed upon receiving the item. There was a small dent to the lip of the lid, but more annoying was the ceramic coating had chipped as as result. Although it wouldn't affect the operation of the bbq I was somewhat disappointed having paid so much for it. I sent an email to WOWBBQ expecting to be involved in a long drawn out email chain about blame and having signed for the parcel with damage to the packaging evident etc..., but to my surprise and their credit they saw the images I sent and have dispatched a replacement lid without fuss. I will definitely be using them again.

After reviewing numerous companies to purchase a Weber Sprint EP-435 I choose WowBBQ and paid the price advertised, a week later they had reduce the price by £70, I spoke to Niall who immediately offered to reduce the cost and issued a refund. The Delivery was slower than expected but was not a problem as the summer weather had deserted for rain to take over. Sorry the weather was ruined by my purchase!!. The BBQ was well packaged from Weber and took just under 1.5 hours to build with good instructions. The BBQ is extremely well made and appears very robust so should last a long time.
