The service and communication was great from start to finish, even when we had to navigate some bumps in the road with my remortgage. Nicola kept up is in the loop consistently and explained information that I would have struggled to understand, as someone who has very minimal knowledge of the remortgage process. Your conveyance has been easy to contact by phone and email, there has always been someone available to speak with, which is a rarity nowadays.

After i left a negative trustpilot review, a very helpful person called Rebecca called and explained the process of changing our mortgage supplier can include the last month going to your current supplier but that it will be refunded. This was incredibly helpful, yet it should have been explained thoroughly in the beginning to avoid us being stressed and concerned.

Rebecca followed up several times to ensure we knew what was going on and were happy- so shoutout to her for excellent customer service. however, it would have been better if this was done by our original contact. We receieved many emails from from them mainly saying 'everything is fine nothing for you to do'. they over communicated on irrelevant things, and then missed something really important. I would have expected people who deal with mortgages everyday to have seen this and helped us rather than blaming it on us for not understanding it.
