My experience with YourConveyancer can be described as nothing but positive. Updates to my case were pretty much up to the minute visa the portal. Calls were answered immediately and any questions i had were answered very quickly. Shania and the team were Ace. a 10/10 from me.

Laura did an excellent job with the purchase of our first home. The process was all relatively quickly - all done in under 3 months including the Christmas holidays. We had a different surveyor previously and it took almost 8 months before we decided to move on. I’d definitely recommend working with Laura. She answered questions quite quickly and moved everything along very promptly.

The case manager was extremely professional and responsive to my requests. She inherited a remortgage that had failed to complete due to poor service of a competing conveyancer and a frazzled customer. She picked up the case and completed the transaction in double quick time leaving a very happy customer. Full marks to her!

Stacey Walsh has been absolutely fantastic throughout the remortgage process. I had a bridging loan on a renovation project do this remortgage was time critical. Stacey was brilliant. the whole process was smooth and hassle free. the portal works brilliantly to keep us informed of where we are up to. Our case manager Alison was really responsive and helpful when we had a query. Such a different experience than previous conveyancings!

Went above and beyond every time I needed them. When errors were made or delays were caused by the mortgage company my case manager pushed through to completion in double quick time and extra funds arrived almost instantly.

Updates and reminders were very efficient and shows they are looking to complete the case as soon as possible.
