Our platform normally delivers keys instantly after payment. However, in certain cases, the system may detect irregularities in a transaction and automatically place the order under Manual Review. This process is designed to protect both our customers and YuPlay from potential security risks.
When an order enters this status, it must be manually checked and approved by a specialized team. Unfortunately, due to increased traffic at that moment, our team was unable to verify your order as quickly as usual.
In your case, the delay was around 10 minutes — not the 45 minutes indicated in the message — and the key was delivered successfully once the security review was completed. While this process is necessary for safety, we understand that any delay can be frustrating, especially when immediate delivery is expected.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

Ich kann leider nichts positives erwähnen. Bisher ist der Empfang über Glasfaser schlechter als vorher mit DSL bei der Telekom
Und wirklich unterirdisch ist der Service!
Seit fast 4 Wochen und zig Anrufen und emails warte ich auf einen Rückruf oder auf eine Umstellung des Tarifs. Man landet immer in der Telefonzentrale die nicht weiterverbinden können. Es wird aufgenommen und weitergeleitet
