It was a miserable, rainy day when Mitch arrived at our office to install the new phone/internet system but he soon lifted our spirits with his friendly, aimable personality. What a pleasure to deal with! Z1 Telecom were very efficient and professional! Mitch was expected to be on site for 2 days and was finished in 1.5 days. Extremely helpful in explaining the system and nothing was any trouble! We've had no issues with the systems since it was installed however Mitch is extremely quick at responding to emails so I'm sure if we need to, we'll get the help we need quickly. Would definitely recommend Mitch and the team at Z1 to any other company! A+++ service all around.

We are now on our third installation from Z1, if we have had any issues they are dealt with very quickly - putting incoming call onto divert to our mobile until the problem is resolved - which has always been very prompt, and you can speak to real people who are always very helpful. Our latest installation was a little more difficult as we wanted our wi-fi extending in range but Mitch dealt with this without issues. Very happy with the new installation - thanks Z1.

After a near miss with a very misleading contract from 4com(Ripple) We ended up talking to Z1 Telecom.
Stephen laid his proposal out in a totally transparent manner and we transitioned to a full installation carried out by Mitch within 4 working days! Mitch was highly professional and clearly knows his product. Zero disruption or missed calls throughout. Highly recommend Z1 start to finish.

Z1 telecoms have just installed their phone system for us at Bridlington Specsavers. Absolutely fabulous service from the start. Informative, helpful, tidy and efficient. Mitch was brilliant, great knowledge of his role and amenable to any slight changes we needed to make.
Nothing is too much trouble and they're all at the end of the phone if we need them. Highly recommended.

Smooth transition from our old phone system to the new one. Easy company to deal with, Steven, Head of Sales explained what would happen from start to finish. Mitch installed the system, gave basic training, set everything up and tweaked the bits I wasn't keen on, nothing was too much effort.
