Z1 is an excellent company, they are local to us and we wanted to use a local company that is approachable and flexible, they have exceeded my expectations and helped me through terminating the contract from our previous provider who were horrendous, so far Z1 and Steve Munday have been brilliant for us and i would highley recommend them.

We have just switched our phone system over to Z1 Telecom and have received a great service from the initial communication through to the fitting of the new system. Having been dissatisfied with our previous provider, we were a little cautious about switching, but we need not have been. Everything was explained to us clearly at the beginning, the initial installation of lines went without a hitch and the fitting of the whole system was carried out professionally, quickly and caused very little hassle in the office. Great Instillation, few teething problems with bases but they are coming to fix them.
