My experience was great because of the way your online system was so easy to understand and the way it guided me through each step and question I was required to answer. Once I had completed the online requirements all I had to do was pay and wait for the necessary paperwork to arrive from your good selves.

It was a little easier as was able to do it on line. My writing isn't so good.
I have now had everything witnessed abd signed and sent the documents to OPG by recorded delivery
The one thing that was a shock there was no mention of the extra money we have To pay to OPG.
This should have been made clear at the very first outcome.
