Very pleased with the service. Easy to follow instructions and forms for signing were returned within a few days. Each document clearly showed where and what to sign. Takes all the hassle out of having to complete each form ourselves, only took approx 15 mins and Zenco completed the rest.

So easy to do for your own piece of mind.

I was dealing with a young man by the name of Fred Gullick from Zenco to assist me in drafting a Power of Attorney for myself and my wife. I omittted to add my witness details, so Irang Fred on Wednesday 15th April and he promised the blank documents would be posted out the same day. It’s now Saturday, and nothing received. I assume it’s company policy to send all post 2nd Class to save costs, but when something is required urgently, and having already paid £496 in fees, I would have expected much speedier service. The above items having been said and I still stand by them, but the documents appear to have been sent promptly and the service I subsequently received from Fred has been excellent. I am happy to accept , the situation was a ‘one off’ and I understand advice has been given by
Zenco, to ensure that in future urgent documents will be sent out by First Class mail if requested.
