Do not trust any of the reviews that rate them positively. They are all FAKE. This is a super scam company with callers only there to scam. I turned down one guy ( identified himself as AL) by telling him I have no interest and the sob told me to go back to my country. Blah blah. Unbelievable !!!

Eyad Khalil Mans is the biggest scammer, the whole company is a scam tbh, was stupidity from my end as well, they're hiding under licenses from random islands but with gods help, the legal team that's gonna go after them is gonna rain hell fire on them.

Dont have any complaints. I had no issues processing deposits and withdrawals from zenstox. Overall I'm satisfied.

Absolutely terrible experience. My investment was suddenly ceased without any clear explanation, and I was completely locked out of accessing my own funds. No proper warning, no transparent conversation just restrictions placed on my account.

Customer support was slow, unhelpful, and kept giving nonsense responses that didn’t actually resolve anything. It felt like I was being ignored while my money was just sitting there, inaccessible.

What’s even worse is that I had to seek external help from a specialist just to get the situation properly addressed and was able to gain access back to my restricted account and took my funds from them. Only after involving outside assistance did things start moving and eventually get resolved.

That shouldn’t be necessary for a legitimate investment platform.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and the stress of having my funds frozen made this a very disappointing experience.

I would not recommend this platform to anyone who values security and reliable service, and if you're dealing with similar issue, ask, I can tell you who helped me. Do a proper research before trusting any platform with your money.

Zenstox is the worst broker I came across. For curious please don't fall into their trap.

One thing I appreciate is how straightforward the dashboard is. I can log in and immediately see my open trades and balance. That alone makes my experience really good with this firm.

Llevo días tratando de ponerme en contacto con estas personas y no e tenido respuesta alguna, el único numero que tengo es de WhatsApp y no me contestan nada, quiero recuperar mi dinero y no e tenido éxito, un total fraude, te dicen que tu dinero puedes retirarlo sin problema, pero ya veo que es mentira, que feo que hagan este tipo de fraude, ya que uno se saca la cresta trabajando para conseguir su dinero.

Empresa totalmente fraudulenta. Fui induzido por lucros altos em pouco tempo ficavam pedindo mais depósito para aumentar os lucros e acabei perdendo tudo nunca pude sacar um dólar. Gostaria da devolução de 4.400 dólares para retirar minha avaliação negativa da empresa

Me llamo un asesor a explicarme como funcionaba la plataforma, me hizo ingresar a la página oficial y luego me quería hacer registrar, le indique que no tenía tiempo y que debía verlo con más detalle y le colgué , por ende que no lo podía atender. Sin embargo, minutos después me llego un correo a mi personal de una cuenta de esta plataforma el cual no se lo había brindado, donde indicaba qué mi clave había sido cambiada. Esto es un fraude y un uso indebido de mis datos, alguien le ocurrió? Saben donde puedo denunciar?

Unfortunately, I dealt with them and they are not trustworthy. On January 1st, they asked me to withdraw funds that had been agreed upon and scheduled for withdrawal more than a month ago, but now they are avoiding withdrawing my dues and will start manipulating my trading account.

Abri una cuenta con 180 dolares y me dieron un bono de 180 mas. Entré a operar como lo habia hecho con otro broker y en eso me llama un "asesor especializado" (Rafael Montoya especialista en perder mi dinero). Me hizo abrir mas de 10 operaciones de compra y venta sin considerar que hay 5 operaciones protegidas, cualquier persona inteligente hubiera abierto las mas riesgosas con esa protección.
Al dia siguiente me llamó a decirme que mi operación estaba en riesgo y que debía hacer un deposito para protegerla, cai y deposité 650 dolares mas a lo que me dieron 200% en bonificación. Pero también me hizo abrir 48 operaciones mas. Hasta ahi se veia bonito.
Al 3er dia estaba nuevamente en riesgo, comenzamos a cerrar las operaciones en positivo y las volviamos a abrir.
El 31 de diciembre me llamó a decirme que debia depositar 1,980 dolares o mi cuenta se cerraba por el margen de riesgo. Que si no lo hacia iba a perder los mas de 10,000 dolares que me "habia hecho ganar", claro le dije, gane 10,000 pero tengo 9.900 dolares en operaciones en perdida abiertas, mi disponible eran 100 dolares. Ahi se puso insolente y altanero, que tenia 10 años de experiencia y que yo tenia la decision. Bueno ahora mi cuenta está completamente en cero. SI QUIEREN PERDER RAPIDAMENTE SU DINERO OPEREN CON ZENSTOX Y SUS ASESORES ESPECIALIZADOS.

You lose your money. They're very friendly and insistent at first, trying to get you to make your deposit. They don't ask for anything upfront. After you make the deposit, a broker contacts you to "teach" you, but the truth is, they just confuse you while showing you projected returns. At the same time, they'll contact you to sign a contract with a clause stating that you can't withdraw your money or profits without their verification and approval. That's where the scam lies. The money goes in, but it never comes out. They force you to sign this contract to withdraw your funds, but by signing, you agree that they can deny you access to the funds at will. It's not trustworthy. Don't deposit. Don't trust them.
