Worst customer services of zong

Yesterday, my SIM was blocked. It was working perfectly fine until the morning, but then it was suddenly blocked without any notification.

When I called customer service, the representative spoke very rudely and told me to visit one of their franchises to reactivate my SIM. I explained to her multiple times that we had already visited their franchise, but they had no idea why my SIM had been blocked.

She then claimed that my SIM had been blocked because I had "misused" it. When I asked the explanation for how I have supposedly misused my SIM card? She said nothing.

Why should I have to bear the inconvenience of visiting their franchise when they are the ones who blocked my SIM in the first place? On top of that, I still haven't received any response to the email I sent them , even though I provided all the information they requested.

This is truly pathetic and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

our internet service is the worst I've ever experienced. I pay nearly Rs. 2,600 every month, and not even for a single day do I get a reliable connection. The signals are always weak, and the internet is practically unusable. Charging customers this much for such pathetic service is disgraceful. I'm beyond frustrated. Fix this immediately, because I'm done tolerating this level of incompetence.

In my opinion zong is number one ISP of Pakistan.

In my opinion. The best internet service provider (sim) present in Pakistan is Zong. I used ufone for 4 years. I was extremely frustrated from ufone because of low internet speed. When I switched to zong, whole story was changed. I was getting the ideal internet speed required for smooth internet experience. Although jazz provides higher speeds than zong, but zong's coverage is best than Jazz. Zong is the number one of all the ISPs ie ufone, telenor, jazz out there. Some people's experience with zong is not good because of weak coverage. If the coverage in your area is good. Zong never disappoints you.

I had a balance in my account for a few days, they activated an offer called Mobiclub, which cut Rs15+tex. When I talked to the live chat support, they said that no offer is activated by existence, that is, I have activated the offer in my dreams. Avoid such thieves and shift to another network.

Zong is leader of thieves in Network catagory in Pakistan.

This bullshit network is among top thives inside pakistan, they are increasing pakages prices on monthly basis and providing zero quality internet speed of 0.000kb/sec, shit. normally i am spending over 3k on this garbage nework taged as 5g. which actually provides 2g services in the name of 5g. Zong is now in the hand of incompetent people very poor coverage and pathetic internet suddenly auto converter 4G to H+ in main cities calling distortion even with full singles bar all my contacts complaining my number is not reaching network when calling I have decided to move on with moblink warid never recommend to purchase zong network.

Ditching Zong!

Ditching Zong after this month's subscription is over. Poor network connectivity, so-called 4g doesnt work most of the times even in the heart of major cities like Islamabad and Lahore. Videos buffer and websites take long time to load. And their package price increment is beyond understanding. 4 months ago They discontinued their monthly package without any notice. My carried forward resources went to zero. They told me to change to another packange costing Rs 100 more with same resources as previous package. 1 month later price went up by Rs 200. 2 months later it went up by Rs 100 again. I've had enough.

Pathetic customer service advisors

If I could give zong customer service a -10 that would be a compliment. Absolutely pathetic, untrained advisors sat on the phones. When they can't resolve an issue, they hang up. It's happened several times, and there is no management available to listen to calls. People are getting opportunities to work, whilst others struggle and these scumbags can't do their job properly. PATHETIC!!!!

Zong service is the worst

Zong service is the worst! Their packages are expensive, internet useless, and calls always drop.Why are we paying so much when they don’t deliver what they promise?
I called customer service to complain, and the agent was so rude, he said “go to company and complain.” Like seriously? I’m calling you to complain! What a joke! Pakistan judiciary should take action against such fraud service.

i am from Karachi using Zong Bolt +

i am from Karachi using Zong Bolt + . last month on 14th of Sept 2025 the internet service was poor. I waited for a day and called on 15th to register a complain. the call center agent informed me that the services will be restored since there is work going on in my specific area. I waited for another 6-8 hours and then called again in the night. the call center agent told me that the services are good and there is no issue in the network. but since my internet package was expired i am unable to use it. I asked him again and again but he ensured it is due to my package expiry not their services that internet is not working. i immediately renewed the package. but the internet still dint work. i called the help line again on 17th of September. surprisingly the call center agent told me the same story that there is work going on in my area that is why i am unable to use the internet. this meant that the person in the night shift lied to me. i registered a complain about him. on which there the zong resolution department said no their customer service has told the right thing. what a solution to protect a lying staff who made me renew my package based on a false statement and Zong department supporting their staff falsehood. after a few day again the internet was suffering speed issue. 3-4 times i called and asked about the internet speed the call center agent asked to login and tell me the signals appearing on the weblink of 192....their proxy. which either showed 1 signal plus the downloading speed also was slow as per speed test . all these are recorded. the last complain i made to zong team about speed their answer is that they are providing 4G and their speed is good and the complain was closed. there is no proper resolution of complain and thier follow up is only a auto call . pathetic follow up on how to follow up on customer and give splutions.
