I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy A15 5G 128gb on June 30th. The transaction was smooth and legally checked out. It is July 11th now but my order status still no progress. I was told by an agent that the order processing only takes 3-5 days. Mine is almost 2 weeks and the order status is still in order processing! I talked to many agents but they were not helpful at all! Oh my God! My issue is not even a complain or a refund! Just ship my dam phone and I’ll be gone!

Was sold a blu remote hotspot as something good for my computer was given the 15 gb plan. In 3 days of use my data was cut off i never gamed or downloaded anything i even turned off the device when i wasnt using it. The device updated twice though i figured that ate all the data...but it stopped even registering the internet and i had to call customer service to try to reset it. customer service had the audacity to say to me its not meant for a computer but thats why i bought the remote hotspot it in the first place instead of using my mobile device. Even trying to reset it was difficult and customer service was so awful to me i spent over 2 hours with them trying to troubleshoot their training was clearly involved in scamming people not helping them. What an absolute waste of my time and money. I am absolutely blown away how bad of an experience this was for me. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Lost 3.5 to 4 hours of my life. Tried talking to customers service in spanish and english. My mother in law lost her phone so me and her called to activate another phone and report the other phone lost or stolen. First they canceled the service and then made us pay for a new month 33 dollars. Said the new phone had eSim capability and the new service will be avail in about 5 min. 2 hours later I called back to see what was going on and it turned out the rep had created a whole new line and then said they corrected the problem and wanted to charge us again. That's when I said I was not going to pay again for a mistake they made. Another thing they wanted to authenticate the account by sending us a text message or email but guess what we just lost the phone and my mother in law never accessed her email only on the phone so we were out of luck so I think I will be getting service in another company and just doing a port out. But to do that we need to access the account so don't know yet what the deal will be with her number. Basically is a nightmare situation

I ordered a brand new A16 Samsung Galaxy phone June 6 and I haven't got it yet. I called many times but it's not getting resolved, their reply in process at the shipping department. I asked for refund but the answer is no. I don't know what other options I can do.

Phone service was terrible. Phone was glitchy. I had it active for quite awhile but when I needed to unlock my phone YEARS later, they where zero help and shut me down at every avenue. Would not recommend. You're better off with a free government phone if you qualify.

One star is one too many for Simple Mobile. I have used my mobile hotspot for the last 1.5 years (decent wifi/horrible customer service), but when I tried to buy more data for it now, SM told me that my SIM card had expired and that I needed to but a new one. So I bought a new one and called back. Two more calls and THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER, they still cannot get my service going. Customer service reps just randomly transferring my call away to someone new (after an hour), blaming the problem on "an error message" and "ongoing upgrades", etc. The truth is that THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY BROKEN ~ I will not go anywhere near them again. Beware!

I contacted Simple Mobile support at approximately 7:23 PM PST regarding a service issue.
What followed was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had.
After navigating the automated system, waiting for assistance, and spending nearly three hours in the chat, I finally reached the point where I asked a straightforward question:
"Can you unlock my phone so I can take it to Straight Talk?"
At 10:08 PM, after almost three hours of my time had already been consumed, I was informed that Simple Mobile was experiencing system issues and that I should contact them again tomorrow.
In other words, Simple Mobile kept me engaged for nearly three hours only to tell me that they could not help me and that I would need to start the entire process over again on another day.
Two minutes later, I was given generic self-service instructions.
One minute after that, the agent closed the conversation.
The chat began around 7:23 PM and was closed by the agent at 10:11 PM.
That's approximately 2 hours and 48 minutes spent waiting, explaining the issue, and attempting to get assistance, only to be told that the system was unavailable and that I should try again tomorrow.
The most frustrating part is not that there were issues with the system. Systems go down. The frustrating part is that nobody informed me of that until after I had invested nearly three hours of my evening trying to get help.
Respect your customers' time. If your systems are unavailable, tell people at the beginning of the conversation, not after they've spent almost three hours waiting for a resolution that never comes.

The phone number they give you will receive over 100 spam calls per day and you can't make it stop. They have 0 customer service. If your phone breaks and you order a new one, good luck, I've been without a phone and money I gave them, for over 3 weeks and nothing has shipped out

Do not and I repeat do not send money to Mike to get your phone bill paid. I paid to get my phone bill activated over 24 hours ago. I’m a truck driver currently stuck in Tennessee trying to get home to my wife and kids and Mike still have my phone off. This is very unprofessional. I’m begging him to turn my service on after I paid it which is very unacceptable. Do not use this service

They took my money and lied that they would provide the service I paid for in 15minutes then that didn’t work and when I called again someone else told me 24hours and it’s still not working. Safe yourself the stress and find anything else. I seriously can’t imagine anything being worse than Simple Mobile and let me not even start with their customer service. de data's gebruik van simple mobiel klopt er niets van. het slaat nergens op. bij Odido gebruik ik niet eens 5 GB per maand. dat is misschien 7 jaar lang of zo. en bij Simple binnen 20 dagen bijna 9 GB op. thuis wifi, op werk wifi. geen idee hoe ik aan 9 GB komt. helaas zit ik 2 jaar vast anders gelijk gestopt met abonnement, oplichterij.

I would have given no stars but I had to give at least one, as far as simple mobile goes if you want no service and very unreliable internet then by all means choose simple mobile, because the service and customer support I recurve was below a one star. I wouldn't recommend simple mobile to my worst enemy, poor service super slow internet(slowest I've ever encountered) and customer service that should be totally overhauled. When I called the first time cuz internet and pgone setvice dudnt ork I was told they only support 5g service and that my 4G LTE service was absolute urging that I had to buy a 5 g phone(from them) in order to have working service, that they no longer support 4G LTE service. But their website positively still uses 4G LTE for majority of tier customers and then hung up on when I stated their website still honors 4G LTE service. My phone was recently purchased and new. Frustrated I called back to speak to supervisor and was told sorry but no supervisors where in the office that day, waiting with no service three more days called back only to get the same run around with the no longer suport 4g LTE service, apaled to what i was told i yhen asked for a manager whrtr i was hung up again on. I don't wish pain or sorrow on anyone but those two ladies should be fired for their poor choice in customer service responss, and if this is how they were taught to help customers i dont see simple mobile ever becoming mote that just a way to steal customers money. I will be escalating this issue until I'm refunded the full amount of phone service plan card and money sprny on simple mobile phone for taking 8 hours out of 3 different days of my time, loosing 8 hours of work trying to get a company to only do what they claim on their commercials. I call this deceptive practices and will be delt with accordingly. Since I am being ignored and hung up on I won't stop until a full investigation or even a trial is underway into the deceptuve practices. Please forward this letter to corporate office attn whoever is in charge so corporate may see how simple mobile customers are really treated

Son de lo peor si buscas lo barato te sale el doble de caro lastimosamente no les importa engañar personas mayores y enfermas. Además cuando pides hablar con un supervisor te dejan en espera y nunca le pasan la llamada hasta que se cae la misma. This has got to be the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Website never works, and I upgraded a data plan they made me wait 3 weeks for a new billing cycle to start working, even though they took my money and it was for an Unlimited Data Plan that worked for 3 days. I select USAGE to see my data, balance says unlimited but it sent a separate message saying I used all my data in just 3 days, after upgrading to the $60 plan. At this point this company is starting to seem like it is a SCAM. I'm starting a class action lawsuit!

I have been a Simple Mobile customer for approximately one year. Initially, I utilized a device that exclusively supported 4G connectivity. However, I recently acquired a new smartphone with 5G capabilities. Upon contacting Simple Mobile to inquire about transitioning to an eSIM, I was informed that their current system does not support this technology. Consequently, I will be discontinuing my service with Simple Mobile and seeking a provider that can accommodate my technological requirements. The additional monthly cost of $5.00 to $10.00 is a justifiable expense for this enhanced service.
