The site is a bit strange but the package arrived just fine. It was well packaged. I have no complaints.

I received my product in just a few days! Item was shipped very quickly and I am very satisfied with the quality of the product, the price and the ease of ordering! I will definitely be purchasing this from Zooscape again! I highly recommend Zooscape and look forward to gaining results with this product!

Placed my order around noon yesterday. Got email that it had shipped by 4 with tracking. By 5 I was tracking it through USPS. Today I can see it getting closer to me. Good job Zooscape!

Zooscape.com is now saved in my favorites list. The order came in one day faster on the cheaper USPS ground shipping. Product bought was at a great price.

Zooscape is a great store for herbal tea selection! I usually buy 3 or 4 different teas each time. Adina helped me the last couple times, she is always friendly and helpful.

I ordered a few items from Zooscape, including 3 teas and a cream. Service was fast, my order shipped same day, communication was perfect, I had working tracking info right away, and I felt appreciated. I will not hesitate to buy again. I am already browsing and planning my next purchase.

Here is my experience with zooscape. My husband did all the ordering, so some of this is coming from him. He ordered tea, I guess even paying an extra $1 for faster shipping (supposed to be 2-7 business days). Ten business days later, nothing in the mail. He tried calling and e-mailing, with no response. E-mails were actually returned (as if they went to a non-existent e-mail) and calls were either busy, asked to leave a message, or there was a message stating the voicemail box was full. Stupidly, we decided to put in another order using a different card, since we couldn't get any information about the first order. Then we looked at reviews. We saw many others were having the exact same problems as us, and sprinkled in were excellent reviews. We decided at that time to both call our credit card companies and let them know to dispute the order. Almost a month later, our orders came at the same time (even though ordered over a week apart). We did get what we ordered. BUT I am convinced we only received anything because we disputed the charges. I'm not sure if this is a real company, or if they are just a company trying to pull one over on people they think they can. One star review because customer service is basically non-existent. We will be sending back what we did receive and never doing business with them again. I am also convinced the good reviews come from people who work for the company. All basically say the same thing, and conveniently come after a bad review. Take caution when ordering from them!!

I place an order with them and they stole my money. They never shipped my item. I called numerous time and never can get a live person. All I got was an answering machine in which no one return my calls. And the most recent call I made says the answering machine is full, it won't even accept any more messages. I tried emailing the company at their provided address: help@zooscape.com and all the e-mail bounced back. No one is attending to that business or following up on my order. They are crooks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ZOOSCAPE.

Last ordered from Zooscape 18 months ago. Just ran out couple weeks ago. Bought a bunch more teas. A few shipped the next day. 2 were on back ordered, just received them today, a week later. All teas were in great shape. No issues. Don't know why there are bad reviews here. Zooscape is the same great place to buy that they were 18 months ago. I find Zooscape site easy to use. Great prices. I recommend them all the time.

I ordered $30 worth of tea and after 5 weeks the order still has not shipped.

I have tried emailing the company several times, but the emails are returned undeliverable. I also tried calling the two numbers, at all times of the day...no answer.

I called both listed phone numbers yesterday (July 27th, 2014) and the two phone numbers are now disconnected.

After contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge...they are reversing the charge and said it was a good thing I filed a dispute within 45 days.

So this company could do themselves a service by upgrading their website to send automatic receipts and their delivery process by sending out shipment notifications all via email (reason for my 3 star rating). This would let people know that their order was processed and is getting shipped. That would make a lot of people happy. The product I received is what I expected and I may order from them again.

Ordered Zafron tea over a month ago and I have yet to recieve the tea! Never got a conformation email or tracking number. I've tried to contact them via email and phone and no one has bothered to answer. They zapped my credit ($48) and they stole my money......very annoyed. I will contact the BB.

Hey all! Just writing to let you know I bought from Zooscape and they were great. My box of teas arrived in 4 days and were what I wanted. What I paid was good and fair. If you have to buy some tea or other products like that, use zooscape they are really good and fast!
