i ordered 2 teas and it has been a month and nothing has been sent to me when trying to contact them they dont answer their phone it is a shame because i had a huge order i was wanting to place but i will have to take my business elsewhere
I've been buying from Zooscape since 2006.
Just about every tea I buy from Zooscape is always in stock, and I rarely have to wait long for my order. On the rare occasion an item I ordered is not in stock, they send me all the items that are in stock, and the out of stock item follows soon after.
I have always experienced quick delivery times. I have never had to complain about an order. When I recently placed an order by phone, the rep told me they are currently opening another facility out east, and apologized if I had experienced any delays in service lately during the transition, but I really hadn't noticed.
I will continue buying from Zooscape!

ordered white mulberry tea and a few bars of natural soap. customer service guided through the process, recommended a soap that was mild with no scent. order was dispatched the next day. order was received in 3 days. shipment was very well packaged. very happy with this retailer. will reorder.
Took money from my bank account a month ago- still hasn't shipped
Zooscape withdrew the full amount of money for my order November 4th. They show no sign of shipping my order. The website shows "to be shipped." I would NEVER have placed an order with Zooscape if I'd known they'd take the money first without shipping. Their policy for cancelling orders is that it can only be done by phone-but every call goes straight to voicemail.
There are so many other reputable merchants on the web that there's no reason to trade with Zooscape.
Everything was fine
My tea from zooscape arrived in 4 days. I am very pleased with the quality of the product - it was exactly what I ordered. Packaging was pristine, shipping was perfect. I placed my order directly with customer service, and I found them to be helpful and considerate. My experience with zooscape was above average, and I will be ordering with them again. I have bookmarked their site.
zooscape is a cheating site
I was searching in amazon.com for glucosamine and found what i searched for a canadian brand called webber naturals but amazon puts it on external link so i said no problem amazon is perfect and it shoudnot put any cheating site but sadly this is what happened....
I ordered 3 pack of glucosamine and deducted 136 us dollars and all ok and zooscape send me 2 automated emails .....
and shhhhhhhhhhh no more

called them 2 times and ansering machine reply to leave your name and tel and i did
and nothing at all
so finally iam now sure that ZOOSCAPE IS A fraud cheating site

Positive reviews must be written by the company itself. This company must be based in somebody's basement and staffed by one person that never answers the phone. Terrible tea quality.
Satisfactory results
I assume that some people did not get what they ordered; however, with my order everything was in place.
They sent me a confirmation recipe and then a letter saying that my order was shipped. Then, several days later, it arrived.
Overall, the website is not perfect, but the result was as it should be: the order arrived.
DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH ZOOSCAPE.
There are many reasons not to shop here. One they can even fill your order. Two they won't send your order to you in the time stated on your order. There customer service is so bad you can't even get them on the phone. Then when you get so fed up with them and cancel your order. They will send it to you. So now you need to call them to send it back. But guess what they don't answer there phone. So you call your credit card company to get your payment. With you on the phone they agree to a full refund. However when you get your refund its not the same amount. They charged you shipping. Now remember you informed them to cancel your order before they shipped it to you. These people are so unprofessional can't believe they are still in business. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Unbelievable nerve!
Since this company is based in Canada, they take full advantage of the fact that US customers have little recourse to hold them accountable for their bad practices. Neither before nor after ordering did they give any indication that the items were backordered. After a week passed and it became clear that my items would not be shipping anything soon, I requested cancellation and a refund. They completely ignored this request and about a dozen more over the next five weeks. Then last week I got an email from "Gina" saying my order had shipped, acting like all was going according to plan and encouraging me to contact them with any questions! Who knows when or if I'll actually get my order. All I know is that no matter what happens, there is no possibility of ever getting a refund from these people. Unless you love frustrating experiences, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
I had horrible customer service, not trustworthy.
I placed an order on January 14, 2013. I experienced some trouble with the website-no confirmation page. When I called the company three days later, I was told my order was being processed and would be shipped that day or the following. I received no information by Tuesday the next week, I emailed and called and received no response for four days. I finally had an email letting me know that my product was on backorder, yet there was no indication on the site nor when I spoke to a rep. After 3 1/2 weeks of waiting, I had an email indicating my product was being shipped. My concerns about the website were never addressed, I felt patronized when I finally had a response and, even though they state my business is important to them, nothing they did showed me my business was desired. I will not recommend them to any one. If I can find my product else where, I will not be ordering from there again.
