I TRY CHANGE MY PASSWORD AT FORGOTTEN LINK... BUT MAIL DOSENT COME INTO ICLOUD.COM... So basically what is going on... Also Xenforo forum i managed to write post about but no admins reply... support email what is listed here dosent send me a reply... So WTF is going on?

So trustpilot is last change perhaps?

Xenforo knowlingly stealing licenses.

I bought a license from Xenforo.
After some time i did not used it and Xenforo disabled it because of some suspission nonsense.
I contacted support and they said they think i'm not the buyer.
I told them the phone number attached and email was mine and have not changed ownership and that they can check themself.
They refused demanding a copy of ID which i felt uncomfortable with to sending it to such a SHIT COMPANY.
I asked for the facility and Security they have for demanding my ID and if they give guarantee for my data being safe.Of course no reply as they don't have something like that.
Sometime later i send them my ID seeing what a moron company this is and now they claim the sent ID does not match with the buyer.
What a bunch of clowns and LIARS.No wonder they need to ban so many people on support forum when there are being negative comments posted about their support and company.
They can clearly see my name when i bought the account and more over i paid via Visa where they can also see the name of the buyer and the transaction itself.
They claim i did NOT buy the license.
I personly will open a legal case even its only $200 but i won't get scammed by this shit company.Time somebody teaches them a lesson.
I will publicate EVERYTHING from court for others.
A Visa transaction from my credit card with my name on it is PROOF ENOUGH in court that i'm the legal owner of this license

Update : When informing their replies in ticket will be used in court against them and that i will create a video clip based on the replies i received and the denial and ignorance of their support to show to the public they instantly deleted the whole conversation inside the ticket in hope to delete the evidence.
But it has been saved before from my side as we decided together with our lawyer to open a legal case.

I have been a XenForo Customer for years. And despite recent "reviews" can state that the staff are always polite and proffessional.

The difference is they dont take BS like most companies, which obviously rubs some people the wrong way.

However for a top quality software, with regular updates and outstanding support. Look no further.

XenForo Cloud service is amazing.

Ever since switching the Cloud service has been super fast and reliable. No issues like our previous host, and any issues we have had (usually self inflicted) are quickly resolved by the support staff.

I've been using XenForo for over a decade and have no regrets. It's a great product from a team you can trust.

Overpriced.

Expected to pay for bits which other forums have as standard features.

Help is few and far between.

After licence payment you are expected to pay monthly.

Absolute waste of money.

Worst customer support ever.
They think they are allowed to DEMAND a copy of your ID even they have no authority and facility to store your data based on LAW.
They also don't guarantee the safeness of your copy of ID.

They play police with no authority .
I have my phone number i have my email account on a custom domain and based on their feelings they DEMAND a copy of my ID but won't respond of the safiness of storing that ID

Am reposting this as they requested AFTER months passed for additional information from trustpilot which i did not see and my previous comment got offline because of that.
Don't know how many negative comments they hide this way already but i guess A LOT

Super happy with the XenForo platform and the support.

We originally had a WordPress forum, but it was quite slow, whereas XenForo load times are instant.

We then self-hosted Xenforo for years and it was great, but we just switched to the cloud version, which is a huge relief in terms of no longer needing to worry about ongoing maintenance. I recommend going with cloud from the start.

The best forum/community software on the market (11/2025) with excellent support and a great add-on database.

I run a 300k+ semiconductor industry forum. I moved from Vb to Xenforo 5 years ago and have been very pleased with the software and support. I'm looking forward to another 5 years, absolutely.

The fastest and most direct solution-providing company I have experienced since I started using the internet.

Booked a time to migrate our forum in - a time suggested by XenForo, mind you. Time came and went with no migration, no updates, no contact whatsoever from XenForo.

You can’t get ahold of anyone at XenForo except through tickets, which they don’t reply to in a timely fashion.

Simply the best. Been using it for like 10 years now. Stable, and massive amount of plugins and theme support

A great team that truly cares about the integrity of their product.

It's the best forum software and it's great to support a British company. It's reliable and secure and upgrades are a piece of cake. I've been using it for four years and proud of it. Xenforo not only looks good, it has so many functions built in, and some wonderful addons. It integrates well with so many other important softwares - Google and Cloudflare to name a couple. It's easy to use, even for a Newbie and their own forum has members who give great advice and support.

05.05.2025 Five years now, I am using XenForo.
I am very lucky that I decided to migrate my VB forum to XenForo, after that my journey has began, got very pleasant experience, got useful & positive knowledge.
I love managing XenForo forums!

Xenforo is amazing software, but their support personnel are surly and unhelpful. No interest in developing rapport with their customers, no interest in finding solutions to your problems...they simply don't care. It's unfortunate that genuinely good software is hamstrung by such unpleasant people.

I've been using Xenforo as my forum script exclusively since 2014. It's extremely well written, easy to mod, and very intuitive. The support staff are outstanding, and the Admin panel is very easy to navigate. I will not use any other forum script!
