My first interview on Xraised was a very profound experience. In approximately 170 interviews I never felt as respected and appreciated as in this one with Myles Sabiniano.
She is a top professional with the ability to grasp her interviewee's core aim and intended impact in this world. The preparation for the topics to be touched runs smoothly and precisely like a Swiss clockwork. Within seconds she succeeds to build trust and ease for the interview.
But what distinguishes her from and raises her above most other interviewers I encountered is her capability of keeping her own ego needs out of the playground.

What made my experience great was Myles she is bright powerful intelligent and inspiring at the same time. She introduced me at the start of my interview and her in depth analysis and introduction left me in tears. From hearing what she had discovered herself of my journey and I’ve never experienced that she is a great asset to your team and I wish you every success in all your creative endeavours she went above and beyond and I very much appreciate the owner of xraised compassion and leadership I’m so thankful for your whole team it’s such a pleasant surprise to come across companies that care to follow through on the vision and mission of their organisation

What impressed me most was the pre interview discussion and research that Myles did, it made our conversation flow so well that it seemed like no time had passed at all.
