You’ve been patient, encouraging, and always willing to explain things until I got them right. I honestly couldn’t have done it without your help—really appreciate everything you’ve done for me!

My experience with xs training as a whole was really positive, although did have some bumps along the road after being unexpectedly changed assessor with no reason as to why. I don’t want to speak too much on previous assessor but my new assessor Tom was very good with communication and letting me know what was needed and when, kept to all meeting times and was clear about where I was on my journey. The team in the office were really helpful too in getting my ecs site card sorted whilst learning. All emails replied to promptly etc. very happy overall and would recommend Tom as a really good assessor who puts your mind at ease when feeling under pressure. Thanks for all your guys help

I opted to pursue my 2357 NVQ Level 3 with XS Training after perusing numerous commendations and encountering an article in the Professional Electrician and Installer magazine that lauded their demonstrable success in training. Having endured unsatisfactory experiences with prior training providers, I approached the prospect of engaging another provider with considerable trepidation.
However, upon reaching out to XS Training and engaging in a conversation with their representatives, I felt reassured and ultimately resolved to proceed with them. I enrolled in the comprehensive 2357 Gold course, which encompassed all the essential components I required to achieve my objectives. The course structure and stipulations were exceedingly informative, elucidating the pathway ahead.
My assessor, Muztaba excelled in articulating the requirements and outlining our trajectory toward completion. At various junctures throughout the course, we engaged in professional discussions regarding the evidence I had submitted. As I approached the culmination of my training, I gained access to the invaluable AM2 preparation videos, which proved to be immensely beneficial; I successfully completed my AM2 on my first attempt. Without the aid of these preparatory videos, the outcome may well have been markedly different.
Observations were conducted via Zoom meetings, during which I elucidated and demonstrated my technical proficiency and knowledge. Overall, I cannot extol XS Training highly enough; they are truly exceptional and have far exceeded my expectations.

The overall experience from start to finish for 2346 NVQ was spot on and the Electrical Assessor Tom Simpson could have not been any more helpful in making the NVQ an enjoyable and speedy process.

Had my induction / skill scan assessment with tom and he was excellent..very professional and very clear and very helpful. Went through everything with me and made the whole process feel a lot easier.

Thanks to XS Training I am now 1 step away from achieving my Gold Card. Communication has been top notch. My assessor gave me a step by step sheet that lays out all the tasks for site work and how I need to present pictures. As well as having a good assessor I was able to easily contact management (Jamie) and Charlie who helped me resolve other administrative tasks. I recommend them without hesitation.

Craig is absolutely tremendous at what he does, probably the best in the business in reality.
He is extremely supportive, knowledgeable and very patient. His wealth of experience means he always knows how to get the best out of his candidates and allow them to shine and succeed. I originally booked my 2357 NVQ 3 in Electrical Installation with Napit which XS training ended up providing (in retrospect I could have saved a bit by going straight via XS Training). My NVQ assessor Craig Wiltshire was very helpful, provided a lot of resources (video recordings and documents) to make it as easy as possible to pass the 3 units (photographs based evidence, videocall based evidence and finally the actual AM2). The admin people at XS training were also always prompt at responding to emails. I was very satisfied with the service provided and would recommend to anyone.

I Would highly recommend XS training. Great staff always answer any questions you may have. Very supportive and helpful. The process of gaining Qualification is very straight forward. I really enjoyed it. If you have the knowledge and put the effort in, it can be complete within a couple of months.
