Great experience from start to finish.
Massive thanks to my assessor Muztaba Hamid who always went to extra mile to make sure I got stuff done when I needed to. He was always there to assist me when needed making the whole process run nice and smooth 5stars 👍🏻

I got recommended to use xs training by a friend and I am glad I used them now a very good company. The assessor I got was craig Wiltshire couldn't of wished for a better one if you put the effort into it. He will go above and beyond for you top man passed .AM2 first time and couldnt of done it without his help and guildance

Signed NVQ with XS Training. They provided me an assessor ,previous assessor who wasted my one and a half years just telling me 'Finish the circuit and upload the evidence' I'm fed up with him. I contacted XS Training telling them I needed a new assessor and asked for Craig Wiltshire who also ran an NVQ group on facebook helping electricians who struggle. As soon as he was my assessor, he gave me all the help I needed on every single assessment and made my assessments very easy and helped finish my NVQ in four months. I am very proud of him. He is just like superman in this industry and would definitely reccomend him. If you struggle I reccomend going with Craig and 100% you will finish your NVQ like a charm! Thanks a lot Craig, this is for you helping me.

Just completed my NVQ with XS Training. From induction through to completion the whole team has been brilliant. A big shout out especially to my assessor Tom Simpson, who has been professional and efficient throughout. After going through the Options Skills bankruptcy fiasco XS Training has been an absolute breath of fresh air. I'll be back for future courses!

I had a great experience doing my NVQ with XS Training. Finished on Tuesday, verified Wednesday, Gold card approved Thursday! Muztaba is a legend.

Very easy to use, company worked around my schedule and made things straight forward to get my qualification completed.

Most of it was done online but the site was straight forward to use and the accessor was able to do the discussions at times that suited my working hours.

Id recommend them, especially the accessor I had called Rob who was extremely helpful and friendly.

Tom is my assessor he took over from someone. Firstly when I needed a change in assessor it wasn't delayed after listening to my explanation and it was prompt and Tom was given to me and I like that from the first time I spoke to him. He was clear and give details. He's also reachable when you need him. I find him very helpful. Even though I felt I could I completed it much earlier with the right assessor but when I took action I think xs reason with him and they provide help help. Thanks

Great knowledgeable assessor, gives just enough help when needed to get you through assessments whilst ensuring you know your stuff, and always approachable.

I had an incredible experience with this course and with my accessor. This is because of how clear and understanding he was. I was clearly told and explained how to operate the onefile, timings of schedules for assessments and his quick reponse timing to my questions or to check work uploaded. I have zero complaints. Thank you.

I feel my review should carry some weight , reason being this the 3rd time I have attempted this nvq through my own procrastination.

3rd times a charm, I got inducted by Craig and he made it clear to me on areas I need to improve/brush up on .

Throughout he has been faultless and if I'm honest if I had met him on my first go it would of been done .

He understands nerves yet also make sure you know your stuff .

It's what's needed it helps you and the industry you will doing your career in .

If anyone was to undertake an nvq this is the guy you want .

I can not thank him enough and he is an asset to the industry . Very much an un sung hero who makes you a better spark and that's the end goal .

I've had amazing experience with Xs training, did my NVQ experience worker and 2391 with them. They whole process was stress free, the assessor Mr Muztaba guided me through the portfolio building process ... If you are looking to get qualified and expirienced worker is the route you are going to take I highly recommend Xs training and also going to Leeds for 2391 exam is the best option as you will get the support from the preparation session. I'm very happy have my AM2E booked for early May!

Assessor was very helpful and informative

In true, I'll get to it later fashion. I completely ignored my NVQ until there was a mere three weeks remaining. Once I'd realised my mistake, I contacted Craig at XS and rather than telling me I was well out of luck and I should have got to it sooner, he immediately told me if I put the effort in he would make sure to support and offer any assistance he could. For the three weeks after that, Craig went above and beyond to ensure I knew what was required and that I had a plan in place to make it happen. Somehow, with numerous silly formatting questions on my part, Craig was available to assistance and in the end I managed to complete the NVQ with six days to spare.
(I do not recommend this method of completing the NVQ, I hope someone else can learn from my mistake)

From the moment Craig became my assessor it was like having a private tutor. Any queries or problems I had whilst navigating my NVQ I spoke to him about and he gave me guidance every step of the way. Its taken me a while to get to this point where I can officially call myself an electrician and I can whole heartedly say that Craig and XS are the best training providers out there.
