Comms with Chloe was quick and simple. Was told delivery would be about 8-10 weeks after my bulk order but it came in 5 weeks or so. Unbelievable time and also the quality of fleeces was top notch

The quarter zips we got for our rugby team are fantastic, we look really smart and uniformed as a team. They are lovely and cosy material. And everyone is so happy with the quality and design. Can’t thank you enough!

Y1 is a good brand with a wide range of sticks. if something goes wrong the customer satisfaction it at the top of its game. Price is in reason for its quality. sometimes the sticks aren't what they say and the feel of this years scandi range isn't the best so I would go to the Paris range from last year

I had a great experience with Y1, who helped me to design fleeces for my university committee. Emily was extremely helpful in producing designs, and was extremely receptive to my feedback and design change requests. All communication was quick and my questions were always answered with great detail. I’d highly recommend using Y1 to design merch with, especially as the merch itself is really high quality.

Y1 were quick to respond with our enquiries and were more than happy to ensure we got the best design of our hockey club fleeces. Very reasonably priced and our members are very happy!

Only thing from some of members... include pockets if you can! But overall, very very happy and we ordered 50 and likely to order another 50.

I have ordered a T-shirt with customisation, received a T-shirt without it. Customer service refused to sort out the problem. I am very disappointed. Refused even to put the child's name with extra payment and with my intention to send the t shirt back paying from my own pocket... customer service statement was this was my fault... how come is this my fault if i paid extra money for customisation but they did not put any name at all... no refund for customisation no service.. would not recommend to anyone.
