All I can say, They are big time SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS

they are the biggest scammers!!!! please dont pay with them theyll make false claim after, once you ask you dont want any part in that anymore theyll start saying you took a 1 year thing and more blahblah lying.

Awful Experience. They got my email address wrong and when I said I wanted to cancel because I was getting 0 Business they said I agreed to one year term over the phone. They have you do verbal agreement and briefly mention it is a 12 month term. They had my wrong email address on file for the whole 12 months. So I got zero invoices, and no business. Their customer service reps are rude and not helpful. They are ruthless and will do anything to get money out of you. I will forever tell my fellow co workers and friends to never use this service.

Waste of money they got me for one year. I didn’t get even one call from them or any customer then just totally you’re wasting your money.

I talked to yellow pages Jharna couple times and chose it 2 month ago. Later on, I found that I cannot login to the account for over two months. Also, when I want to cancel it, they refused and told me that I orbal to agree for whole year, and I have to pay for a whole year even I didnt signed the contract. I called Jharna 3 times and can not reach out to her. Stay away if you dont want to donate money to yellow page

They prey upon small business they offer a service NetSync that is not effective. They go through an extensive process of pushing for a contract to use the service. No support after you sign up. Then harass for payment and threaten collections.

Avoid at all costs. They use predatory tactics to confuse you into a contract that they dont uphold. They are impossible to get ahold of. Very shady.

They ignore all my complaints and questions and did not do anything in terms of a service.

We signed up for a one year contract. We were not satisfied with their services and found much better results elsewhere. Once our contract was finished they proceeded to enrol us in a new 1 year contract without contacting us while increasing the price. We then attempted termination of said contract we did not sign up for and they ghosted us. I mate as they sent us to collections and every time we talked with them we tried to terminate the contract and they give no acknowledgment to our request despite recorded phone calls and emails.
I would not go into business with them.

I do not understand why this company operates likes this. It’s an official business that provides little to no services at all. I had to get so upset, I had to record my conversation with Yellow Pages as they tell so many flat out lies. When you get someone and ask to cancel they refuse to cancel. Anyone in this situation, I would recommend contacting them 3 times sending 3 emails to any email address you have for yellow pages and audio record your dealings with them. You can put a stop payment from your account, you will have all the evidence on your end to show as a company they are not operating on the best interest of their clients. As a company you have the duty to be honest if a question is asked. I called this #1-877-553-6883 - i am in Ontario and asked for the cancellation department. I also see a head office #1 800 361-6010. Also if they ask you to say yes after the recording don’t do it!!!!! They will for sure extend your contract and keep charging you. Good luck!

We went with Yellow Pages to see about getting some leads. We have been with them over a year and not a single lead, although they charge $35 + a month.

I didn't see results so I called to cancel, they said I could not cancel and that I had to wait until the end of the "contract" which is another 6 months away.

They have been very unhelpful and tbh it is a literal scam. If I could rate 0 stars I would have.

I am ashamed that his organization is Canadian.
I have been trying to cancel since the middle of December (it's now Feb 12) because my business is closing. I am still getting billed, and every time I call to discuss their cancellation, the department is "unavailable, but they will call you back." Despite giving them the number required to reach me each time, they insist on calling my business's front desk, which I am never at. They refuse to cancel over email, and unless this gets resolved immediately, I will be contacting consumer protection and reporting them.

Don't bother, 3 years in business and 0% of work was from people using YP, Maybe back in the day when they actually printed a book and delivered it this company was relevant. Subscriptions auto renew now stuck paying for another 12 months and the business is closed, Thanks Yellow Pages.

Don't use the Yellow Pages for advertisement, it's simply SCAM!!

The outcome from them is ZERO

Predatory and aggressive with contract terms for value-added services (in my case, NetSync). Unable to accurately reproduce my address despite multiple call-ins. Expensive monthly invoice for Netsync service ($50+ per month).

When I called in to cancel due to reasons listed above, the agent I spoke to redirected me from my complaints and blamed me for not fully filling out a profile that was confusingly related to Netsync but that I was never told about. Despite not honouring their end of the contract (address still inaccurate), I must continue to pay for this service for another 6 months.

Stay clear.

They had a call center call to promote my business and have qualified 10 leads call me per month for purchasing and selling homes in my area as i am a local realtor. 2 weeks in there was no leads so i contacted them directly wondering where and how the leads will be sent as i was yet to receive anything after the sales rep sold me the contract and they shipped me around to 3 different managers that would call me back. They had said the sales rep who committed to my year contract left the company and they do no provide leads nor ever had provided any leads to clients. So they wouldn’t let me out of the contract and they terminated me with full pay for the year after it was obvious they scammed me to sign on for something that didn’t even exist. I asked over 10x for the voice recording that they are in possession of to send to my lawyer to clearly show the promise of minimum 10 pre screened and qualified leads monthly for a year. There never was one lead sent nor any leads ever going to be sent as agreed upon with their call center rep.

Manager CharbelAbouHarb gave me a lawyer contact that would respond within 48 hours. That was 3 weeks ago and 6 emails later with multiple voicemails to contact me regarding the fraud they had done to me. Not one lead and hundreds of dollars spent with absolutely no leads in sight and thousands that will be spent over this term for absolutely nothing. They dont ever respond to any emails or calls its a literal scam from the beginning that im shocked i ever got myself into. At first i signed up for 3-4 leads per month at 90$ per month. Then when he told me about the 220$ package for qualified vetted and sent 10 leads + monthly I quickly jumped on that package to upgrade for more potential clients for the business. Not 1 lead was ever sent. Only thing I received is bills and more bills for absolutely nothing. Its crazy how a professional company like this would be scamming people in this fashion.

Now they send me a legal notice and saying sending me legal fees and affect my credit what a bunch of scammers and illegal crooks can’t even reach them by phone

Keith Ormesher provides excellent customer service. His knowledge is very good and he explains everything so the common man (me) can understand the work done by te Yellow Pages team.

Tip for consumers:
Don't sign the contract with yellow pages.ca. They are very tricky and you will not be able to cancel the account easily. It is taken me over 8 months since I am trying.

I took a contract for 1 year, very expensive. Did not get even one client from this! Impossible to get in touch with anyone and when you try to cancel...I have spent more time trying to cancel the contract than they did for the service! Thank god I emailed my cancellation because otherwise they would force me to pay another entire year! And they don't tell you up front that you have to cancel 3 months in advance or you are stuck with another year! Absolutely awful service and a complete waist of time and money! I am a realtor...learn from my mistake please!
