What a great company to deal with, from a speedy response to my initial enquiry to the helpful advice and the arrival of our amazing steps. Great customer service and great product.

The medium pond pack is a great product. While the hauliers were a pain, Jade in the office could not have been more helpful. Great stuff.

Quality stone backed up with fantastic customer service. Jade went above and beyond in my opinion to help me choose the stone I wanted for a new patio. Although I ended up using my own haulier, who I knew would be able to move the stone to where I wanted it, she was helpful and responsive on text.
When we needed a little more at the last minute, Jade organised it and the extra stone matched perfectly the batch we already had. The result is simply stunning. We would recommend Yorkstone Sales unreservedly.

The quality of the product of this York stone is fantastic and consistent as I’ve used them before over the last few years. The team are always very helpful and easy to work with and happy to supply you with the stone you require for your project. Running a landscape company I need a consistent regular supplier of good quality stone. We have built some stunning rockeries, steps and ponds and water features using the York stone in Brighton and Sussex. Delivery has always been quick and easy.

Jade was very friendly and helpful from the get-go answering all my questions (however trivial) quickly and clearly. I changed my mind a couple of times on the stone type etc. and Jade was very patient giving me new quotes whilst I made my final choice. We had a wee hiccup with my order but it was resolved swiftly and without any hassle. If I ever need more Yorkstone I would not hesitate to use these guys again.
