We had great service from Young’s as well as the contractors they work with or recommend. Well priced and all done to a high standard.

Young's roofing replaced our entire roof on a four bed detached house and completed the work excellently from beginning to end. We were kept informed throughout the project and the roof guys were professional and affable. Young's were also reasonably priced and provided a quality, competent service.

I had a flat roof re-felted by Young's roofing in 2017, I noticed that the felt was bubbling in areas in 2024 and contacted Young's roofing to have a look in the autumn of 2024. After chasing and calling a few times they sent Mark out to have a look, he said they took responsibility and would carry out a repair in the spring 2025, when the weather was better. So I contacted Young's roofing in the spring 2025 and Robbie came to have a look and said they took responsibility and would send someone out (by Friday) to carry out a repair. No-one got in contact and came to do the repair. I then spent around 3-4 weeks phoning Young's roofing to try to arrange for someone to come and carry out the repair. When I managed to actually get through I was told "yes we are aware, I’ll talk to Robbie and get it sorted". I've now given up!

The after sales service of this company is terrible. They tell you they will do something and then do nothing. When I chose to go for Young's roofing it was because I thought they were a good established company and would do a good job and look after their customers. This is not the case in my experience. They are just interested in chasing large new contracts and do not follow up with customer care when things go wrong.

A very easy decision to award Youngs Roofing a 5 star+ rating. We ordered a drone survey on building in Bath, the appointment was scheduled and carried out within a working week, and a comprehensive report was issued within 24h of the survey being completed. Great company to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Our organisation, which owns a site and includes three buildings built Circa 1861 which means they are listed.
One of those buildings needed a replacement roof and Young's was engaged to do the work.
Once the work had started, the site carried on without any interference from Young's.
Young's completed the works as per the schedule and below the cost estimate.
When we received the final invoice and, we were waiting for the bank to approve our loan application, Young's did not remind us about settling the invoice.
The trustees of the organisation would be pleased to employ Young's again on a similar project.

Fantastic work from Young’s. They recently helped me with a flat roof which started leaking during a storm. They were super quick to come and have a look & were able to come round and start the work in a matter of days. They were super efficient and tidy. Big shout out to Harriet for organising everything so smoothly.

Youngs roofing has been used by extended family for many years .
So I didn’t hesitate to contact them when I came to the final stage of my home renovations - The outside !!!!!
They happily discussed my options to ensure my house would end up as I had envisioned it , the timescale and of course the cost .
I didn’t ask any other company to quote as I knew from family experiences that I would get a fair cost and professional service .
I wasn’t disappointed my house looks amazing .
The boys who came were always very professional and well mannered .
This was important to me as I run a childcare business from my home and so have very young children and their families coming and going . The roofers that came to work on my property understood this and kept the area as tidy and safe as possibly and discussed plans for the day with me to ensure I knew which way to exit the house etc to ensure we all remained safe .

Onboard through the planning process and able to provide sound advice into our listed building consent the company have a wealth of knowledge, skill and experience dealing with Cotswold stone tiled roofs. We commissioned Young’s to completely refurbish our entire roof, a decision we are exceptionally happy with. They fully met the listing requirements displaying great craftsmanship with oak, lead and tile, the results are stunning. The team worked hard, communicated well, were courteous to neighbours; in fact a pleasure to have working on our house. New roofing including: full tiling and insulation, some dormer low-pitched roofs and cladding, lead and chimney work. Knowing how tricky it is finding honest, skilled and dependable craftsmen for this type of work I spent a lot of time checking out such businesses before settling on Young's. Young's first worked on the roof of our extension 14 years ago. Since then, they have returned for other projects, and always been reliable and reasonable. Their workmen are thorough and diligent, and friendly. I did ask a competitor for a price on a big piece of roof replacement, recently, but found that Young's was better by a significant margin, so I feel additionally confident in their pricing. Where needed, they brought in and worked seamlessly with specialists in masonry, scaffolding, and zinc. They have been terrific, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Friendly hard working chaps, quote was above others I had but, 10 year warranty plus a detailed estimate swayed it for me. The quality remains after the price is forgotten.
