This is essentially a scam targetting children and parents. The competition isn't really a competition and just a way for the parent company Bonacia Ltd to get parents to buy a book that is essentially buying a slot in the printed book without realising. Have spoken to other parents.

You could tell they were genuinely focused on resolving the problem rather than just giving a standard reply. Issue sorted with no fuss, great experience overall!
