Excellent help and correspondence

What a fantastic company that has innovative ideas. Not only have they given children the opportunity to take part in a wonderful competition, they have also given a considerable amount of pride to a number for having their art work published professionally. This is not only a great way to engage children but also a clever marketing strategy that parents are pleased to spend money to buy the product. The staff that I encountered (Lily) has been delightful and incredibly helpful. It's been a very positive experience. I am also planning to purchase the product again to distribute to family members. This company is just amazing and their customer service is the best! They responded to my very late email so fast and not onky followed up but answered my questions!

I placed a book order and realized my apartment number was not on the order and realized my order never arrived.

I emailed about the status of my order, it was delivered but never received.
