The watch has been a complete game changer for me, it has restored my self confidence and given me total peace of mind that help is always there at the press of a button. Learning to live alone after 55 years of wonderful marriage and companionship hasn't been easy, one of my biggest fears was how to raise the alarm in an emergency situation should I have a fall as I didn't always have my mobile phone with me. Now I know that help is there 24 hours a day indoors or outside when I am walking my dog. I also appreciate that the details to the key box are held on file for the emergency services should they need to gain entry to the house as well as family contact numbers, it all helps to provide reassurance for anyone living alone. All my dealings with the company have been first class, the costs are worth every penny. Thank you to everyone at Your Stride.

We are very pleased with both the product and follow up by staff to ensure we were understanding and managing to operate the device and its various uses besides the emergency button. This device gives us so much feedom and confidence to leave the house together ❤️.

Easy to set up.

Recommended by several members of my whist club, so I bought a Stride watch. I feel secure now when I go away from home, if I fall there is help available to help me & identify me. I love my Stride watch. Cost is reasonable for what is offered & compares well with the monitors which only work within about 50 metres of home. This watch has GPS so I always feel safe wherever I go. Highly recommend.

I love my watch. I feel secure when I’m wearing it. The only issue I have with it is that it soon needs recharging.

Saw Your Stride on TV. Instantly liked the 24/7 cover whether in or outdoors. I liked the watch option as didn’t fancy something around my neck. It arrived quickly and was fully set up for me to use immediately. Comfortable to wear. Easy charging device. Customer care great. Efficient service all round.

Actually, it is a good system. It works when you do not expect it.
I tripped and fell yesterday. But the device did not trigger an alarm, as it should. Luckily i did not get hurt except banged my head on the door of the cupboard.

Very easy purchase, quick delivery.
And great follow up service.

Only complaint is the rubbery strap and how quickly recharging is necessary.

Also it doesn’t take much to accidentally over press the SOS button while checking the time in middle night!

YourStride gives me confidence that if I should fall help is available straight away.The step counter is great. It encourages me to increase my number of daily steps.I found the strap rather cumbersome for small wrists.I have now purchased a more suitable one.

The lady I spoke to was helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I therefore got a very appropriate watch for my needs. When I tested the service (as requested) the response was prompt and caring.

I feel much safer walking now that I have this watch on my wrist. Where ever I go in the UK I know that if I fall, there is always help available almost immediately. If you are not steady on your feet, the falls option is a no brainer.
