Peace of mind.
The watch arrived quickly and is very easy to use. The responses to test (or accidental) calls have been quick and reassuring. The battery needs charging every other day, but apart from that all good.

A change is sometimes a good idea.
Having tried a different company first, I was recommended to Stride. I was impressed with the easy set up and fall facility which I have already used. I feel confident by the quick response from their care team and also feel it is good value for money paying an annual charge.

The First person I spoke to was absolutely fine but she said she would pass me to (I don't remember how she described this person) but they never answered.
I got back to the first lady and by that time I had recovered enough to no longer require assistance and my daughter was with me. The date you give is not the one I have described, it was Monday 1 December.

Unless you have a brilliant 4g 5g signal don't waste your money. My wife has had 2 falls neither of which were detected.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I was glad to speak with your wife again today to go over how automatic fall detection works.
Unfortunately, no system can detect every fall. Detection relies on the wrist’s movement during the event, so in some cases the specific motion may not trigger an automatic alert. The automatic fall detection feature acts as a valuable safety net and has regularly helped save lives, but we always recommend manual activation as the most reliable way to get assistance when needed.
For reassurance, signal strength does not affect fall detection. The YourStride watch uses a roaming SIM to maximise coverage, connecting across all available UK networks and covering approximately 97% of UK roads and 90% of indoor locations (Ofcom 2017).
I am pleased your wife has decided to continue to use our service, and I am glad we were able to speak again today to ensure everything is working correctly.
