5 Years of Loyalty Wasted – Poor Quality & Zero Customer Respect
I have been a loyal user of Yuoto Double Apple for over 5 years in the UAE. It used to be the gold standard, but the last year has been a total disaster.
Product Quality: The batches arriving in the UAE (especially the 2500 puffs) have become extremely inconsistent. I personally had to throw away over 10 boxes in 4 months because the juice was "broken," tasted burnt, and caused severe throat irritation.
Company Response: When I contacted the manufacturer (Shenzhen Dehaichun Technology) directly to report the issue and seek a solution, their response was insulting. After 5 years of support, they hid behind "company policies" and even had the nerve to suggest the products might be "counterfeit" just to avoid taking responsibility for their own poor quality control.
Brand Ethics: They care more about their "exclusive agents" and "internal regulations" than they do about the actual people who spend money on their products. If you are looking for a brand that stands behind its quality and respects its customers—STAY AWAY FROM YUOTO.
They have lost a long-term advocate today. I am switching to a professional brand that understands what "Customer Loyalty" means. Save your money and your health; don’t risk it with their inconsistent batches.
