Had an interesting delivery with some…

Had an interesting delivery with some confusion with no fault of Zanui's but it was handled beautifully by Leslie in customer Service. Really super bargains in the Sales section and excellent products with great prices overall. Confident any little glitches will be ironed out promptly and professionally.

I had a voucher to use and tried to use…

I had a voucher to use and tried to use this at the same time as the Zanui spend and save discount, the website would not allow me to do so, vouchers are essentially cash, they are not a discount code and should be able to be used simultaneously with discount offer. I used the online chat with one of their customer service people to resolve this they could / would not help with this. I will never buy anything from this dishonest company ever again.

Great start

I just made my first purchase with Zanui. My introductory discount had expired however I got a prompt response via email from Mike giving me a new code and the process was all so simple and easy! Will be purchasing form here again and can’t wait to see my new piece of furniture!

I have purchased 3 bed toddlers which was abit too small for my daughters mike was so understanding and solved not situation quickly. I have returned both the toddler beds and within a day or two I got a refund. Thanks so much for responding so quickly love your customer service

We just purchased a king size bed head

We just purchased a king size bed head. The delivery was fast and the bed head is very high quality and looks amazing. Unfortunately the bed head was damaged slightly during transport. We contacted Zanui and Lou responded very quickly with a number of options for us to consider. We will definitely be purchasing from Zanui in the future. The products are very high quality and the customer service is amazing.

Great customer service

Recently, I bought a few furniture from Zanui. Palladia Chest of 4 Drawers were very challenging to assemble due its heaviness. I contacted the Zanui customer service and Mike helped me with the returning process. Mike explained the process, contacted the supplier, organised the pickup and handled the refund for me. Mike also assisted me in locating and delivering the bedside table I ordered. I cannot thank him enough for assistance, following up every step of the day and providing updates.

After sales service

The delivery service is quick and efficient. Sadly though the products arrived broken but repairable.

I contacted Zanui and got a delightful and fast response from Mailyn who offered several solutions.

I'd be more than happy to deal with them again.

Great Service

I recently purchased an Evaporative Cooler online at Zanui, I was extremely unhappy with the product as it was very noisy despite being advertised as quiet. I was also disappointed that it didn't cool down my small bedroom. I contacted Mike at customer service who was very helpful in telling me how I could return it. Lou then gave me instructions on returning the cooler & I was given a total refund so I would certainly shop at Zanui again in the future.

Excellent Customer Service!

I have always received excellent service and products from Zanui. My last purchase gave further evidence of the care they take! My order came in two parts - which I was not expecting --however, when I raised the query I received a prompt reply explaining why this had occurred and that I would be notified when remaining item was to be shipped. The Service Officer Mike really went above and beyond and kept me completely informed of the progress of my goods - their departure and estimated arrival time - I was very grateful for this courteous communication and will continue to enjoy shopping at Zanui! Thanks again

BUYERS BEWARE!

Terrible ongoing experience. I ordered an item back at the end of November for a Christmas present. It said it would ship within 1-2 business days from the warehouse (in the same post code I live). After 2.5 weeks I followed up to find out where it is and received several generic responses ‘thanks for your patience, we’ll get back to you in 1-2 business days’.
Then they stopped responding completely. After multiple emails and phone calls there’s still been no resolution.

Their customer service and resolution process are an absolute joke!!
Save your time & money and shop elsewhere.

What an embarrassing way to conduct a business.

Really hard to get my money back

They sent a completely wrong item, nothing like what I ordered. They didn’t even have the item I ordered in stock but happily took my money, then I have had to fight them for a month to get my money back. They’re fine if nothing goes wrong, but when they stuff up they are terrible at righting their wrong.

Clock purchase

I recently purchased a clock through Zanui and it arrived quickly. Although the box and the packaging were in pristine condition it was with dismay I realised the clock had a large, very noticeable scratch on the face, which the company would not have noticed before sending as it was in a box. I contacted Zanui and they immediately sent me a second clock, at no expense to myself, and it arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The company and customer service could not have been any more helpful and I was very appreciative. I would definitely order with them again.

Incorrect sofa measurements

Ordered a sofa which had the incorrect measurement. Carla from Customer service kept me informed about the processes and choices in returning the product. Zanui was happy to give a full refund.
The return process was very easy.

I misread measurements before buying a…

I misread measurements before buying a beautiful Moroccan Pouffe. Fortunately Mike from customer service helped me out and managed to refund the payment for an item that I really couldn't use.
Excellent customer service!
I will def shop at zanui again - they have some beautiful pieces!

Carla was AMAZING when one of the mirrors I ordered arrived cracked. She gave me multiple choices to sort it out, including a full refund. I loved the mirror, so chose to have a replacement sent out. I was kept updated with new tracking information also. The new one arrived PERFECT!!! So happy with the service and will definitely shop with zanui again.
