Less than one star avoid you wait forever and then some rubbish on the tracking of delivery failure while it's still in China, avoid this company, wish I had checked reviews beforehand

Items arrived although not as described at all. Demanded a refund, with a shipping bag at their expense. so let's see how long it takes ....

My item never arrived.
Contacted customer services they offered me half of a refund.
I contacted my bank and raised an issue with them and got the money refunded that way.
The customer service is AWFUL.
Please do not use this company as I am sure they are a scam, selling faulty items or taking peoples money and not shipping anything out at all

Don’t order from this company. Ordered three weeks ago, still not received.

Rubbish product. Eyeliners Took ages to come and then had 0 colour to them. Could not transfer any colour. The ads on TikTok must be absolutely fake! Please do not buy.

Fake website. Ordered and never received goods. Then they have falsified proof of delivery (when I know it has not been delivered) and then have just ignored me. DO NOT BUY!!

I ordered the eye pencil, buy 1 get 1 free. They arrived, eventually, but are rubbish. Wish I had checked this website before I ordered

I would give ZANZZEA no stars, seems like they are going under another name and yes been waiting for my order that has never arrived. Emailed and all I get is wait 3 to 5 days as it has reached my country and will be delivered. I don't think for one minute it will be. I have asked fit a refund and I kerp getting fobbed off. DO NOT USE ZANZZEA, SCAM COMPANY!!!!

I never do things like this, but I am trying to save anyone and everyone from getting scammed like I did from this BOGUS COMPANY. I placed an order on January 26th and STILL have yet to receive anything or hear anything back from anyone and it is a month later. I have tried to call numerous times, left numerous voicemails, sent them ENDLESS EMAILS and no response. PLEASE save yourself the headache and the stress and do not order from this company.

I ordered a t-shirt from this company and although I ordered it in plenty of time to get before Christmas, it didn’t arrive on time. When I realized I wasn’t going to be able to give it as a gift, I emailed several times to cancel my order and even called to make sure they were going to cancel it, only to wait on the phone for over an hour before it automatically hung up on me. ZaZano customer service is a joke. They didn’t even cancel my order and I ended up getting the item anyway! I typically check the reviews before ordering from places I haven’t previously ordered from but this time I didn’t. Big mistake!

I paid almost $30.00 for a t-shirt for my granddaughter for Christmas & it looks horrible. Very bad screen print job even for a 5 year old. I've left voicemails, an email & called multiple times. I plan on calling the BBB. Don't order from this company!

i ordered something and like I've seen others say i have not heard anything about my order. i emailed multiple times and called but nothing. im starting to think this wasn't a real company. if anyone has any recommendations on how to reach this conpany or get my money back that would be appreciated greatly.

This company is a rip off spent $95.71 on merch that I did not receive! I am furious and sad. This was a Christmas gift and I am now out that money! I have messaged this company multiple times and have heard nothing from them! I want my money back!!!!!!!!!! :@

I bought one shirt from Zazano and it did not arrive within the dates it was expected to be delivered. I kept checking my tracking number which never gave me any details of the order just that it was “not yet in transit”. 2 weeks later my shirt arrives and the quality of this shirt is a joke. I literally laughed out loud when I held the shirt up to look at this poorly printed logo. So blotchy and I unprofessional looking. Let me give you a better image. If I bought a Cotten shirt from Michaels and then used their iron on sheets to print out this label on them it would of turned out better looking then this.
Maybe some people had good experiences with them. I however didn’t.

I purchased clothes, never received them. This company is fraudulant. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
