Sent my order out and it was wrong. Got 2 t shirts and one of them was the wrong shirt. Can't contact them by phone...I just get hung up on!!! Won't respond to my emails either. Company is a scam!!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM THEY TOOK MY MONEY & NEVER SHIPPED MY ORDER. YOU CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL AND PHONE GOES STRAIGHT TO A VOICEMAIL THAT IS FULL??? I MEAN WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS. HONESTLY WHAT A SHAME PEOPLE ARE LIKE THIS. I AM SO UNHAPPY THE SHIRT WAS FOR MY DAD FOR HIS BIRTHDAY AND NOW HE WON'T GET IT BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am wondering if perhaps the only people working for this company are writing false reviews!! I order a t-shirt on 12/12/18, knowing that most likely it would not arrive by Christmas, although they were guaranteeing that at the time. Three weeks later I STILL had no news, although the tracking claimed first that it was shipped 12/14, then that it was shipped 12/27 via UPS, and then two weeks ago that it was going through the US mail. Over this past weekend 1/12 I finally got an email from a "Jessica" that "OH!! It was shipped 12/29." What a bunch of b.s. I finally went to my local post office today, wondering why it appeared the package was stuck in a nearby postal system, only to be told that actually, they hadn't received anything at all. That Zazano had just "reserved" these tracking numbers and the postal system was still waiting for the packages to arrive and be accepted. Tried calling the customer service number again (had previously left a voicemail), but it went directly to voicemail, and then I was told the mailbox was full. SERIOUSLY?? If I hear nothing back in two days time I will file a fraud report with my bank and the post office.

No response via email. I got a tracking number with no update on the item even being shipped. The other two items I ordered I didn’t even get my order number but they took my money... they won’t respond at all. This is 70 dollars I spent and they’re not responding. What a joke.

Very polite messages, quick turn around on reply times, and shipped early enough that the package arrived before the guarenteed by date. Very professional.

Ordered Dec 10. Never even received a tracking number. No shirt. Nothing. No one responds to emails, no one answers the phone, it’s a bogus phone number. The company is a scam and the positive reviews you see are written by the scammers. $30 down the drain. Zazano can burn in hell.

Horrible service. I ordered a shirt ( not a custom print job) on 12 Dec; it has not been received as of 4 January (3 weeks). The postal tracking shows it "in transit" but it never progresses nor arrives at it's destination.The two emails I sent to customer service got fast auto replies but no actual follow up with any real people. I am going to wait until 11 January, which is 29 days after ordering - then I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company. I will never again order from this company .

My recipient got his item on 7 January - that's nice. Because he got the item I will not file a complaint with the BBB or a dispute with my credit card company; but I will not be a repeat customer.

The product arrived even earlier. The T shirts were fabulous. The items were also awesome.

My order came early, I was able to track everything very closely. The service was fantastic, there wasn’t one moment where I was worried about buying for the first time. Will definitely be using your services again!

100% scam! Do not order from them. The website seems legit but you will not recieve your order. I placed an order on Dec 9th, they guarnteed it before Christmas if you placed your order before Dec 12th. I emailed them and tried to call them no response, today is January 3rd and I still haven't heard anything. I just got done disputing the transaction with my bank so hopefully I will get my money back. Lesson learned, never order from Zazano.

Worst online shopping experience EVER! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered on 12/11/18 in order to receive 3 shirts in time for Christmas. Not only did I not receive my order, but they never replied to my multiple inquiries regarding the delivery status. I tried to cancel the order, but no one got back to me. I just received one of the shirts I ordered and it looks like I could have done a better job myself with an iron-on transfer from JoAnne Fabrics. Ridiculously poor quality shirt and decal. I hope they are shut down before anyone else gets ripped off.

The t-shirt is really soft which everyone liked.

Ordered a few times and got exactly what we needed.

Their follow up and attention to satisfaction was fantastic.

I ordered 1 hoodie & 2 t-shirts on Dec 16th and still didn't get them I ordered alot more stuff from all over & received everything in a couple days sent 2 emails & called several times the number for them & there voice mail is always full!!!
