Christina is by far the best esthetician I've been to. What makes her special? Her care and her understanding, she truly listens to you and is genuinely concerned about your concerns and does her best to make sure you achieve your goals. No one walks out of there feeling the same.

She's simply the best.

Used multiple times for IVF medications. Not necessarily the cheapest but the service is outstanding and worth paying that little bit extra. Private IVF abroad can be stressful, especially sourcing your own medications but Zen reply to emails in minutes and time sensitive medications arrive next day when promised.

to a history of my dreadful skin allergy problems
with her utmost patience and care .
At the end she promised to find out a suitable
allergy test for me by consulting her
lab colleagues and she kept her promise .

I had the pleasure of having Cristina looking after me and my son. He needed an IV chelation and Cristina was very kind and patient with us, answering all our questions and putting any worries to rest. Cristina was also very responsive, updating me frequently.

I went here because the pharmacy is open later whereas most around me close at 6-6:30. I was so impressed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional at same time. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They’re an excellent resource for the community.

What first impressed me were the opening hours – truly great for London. They're open Mon-Sat 9 am to 11 pm, and Sun 12 pm to 9 pm , confirmed by external listings. Knowing I have access to a reliable pharmacy open late has been a real help. This level of accessibility makes a huge difference with a busy city schedule.

He is one of the most competent, compassionate, professional and intelligent GP’s I’ve come across and it is always a pleasure to see him. I recommend him to all of my friends and family and he always makes sure to squeeze you in and still gives you 100% of his focus regardless, which if you have been to a GP recently, is absolutely rare to find - I highly recommend booking a visit to see him during the weekday.

This is gonna be a really long review because I can’t express how grateful I am that the Zen Pharmacy team at Baker Street are patient, kind and helpful.

As someone who struggles with mental health disorders and several physical chronic conditions, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been dismissed or made to feel like I’m crazy when I’ve asked for help. But Zen Pharmacy Baker Street had been so unbelievably kind in contrast. When I called Zen this morning I was grasping for straws — I’ve been out of my medication for days despite having tried to organise the prescription in advance, I’ve emailed, called, visited in person for days and somehow the clinic keeps telling me they’ve emailed the prescription (which they also emailed an incomplete one at first which dragged the process on even further) but the other pharmacy kept saying they don't have it. This isn’t even by post, it’s by email. I’ve even offered to email the prescription myself - since it is a link from a platform used by a well reputed private clinic that the prescription can be downloaded from, not a random PDF I could have forged myself. But still no. I was basically stuck in - to quote my friend - ‘a series of administrative and procedural ineptitude.’

This is for a medication I need every four hours that I cannot function without. It’s not one of those meds that stay in my system for days, it lasts four hours and as soon as the time runs out my tachycardia and pre-syncope flare up even if I try every other management techniques in the book. I made so many phone calls this morning and I had to take breaks in between to cry because I felt so helpless.

I am so glad I remembered Zen and tried them instead of the other pharmacies. I used to get my medications from them but a different branch several years ago before I moved. I remembered how kind and supportive they were even back then so I thought I’d try them again today. And thank god I did.

I completely get why the other pharmacy was impatient and did not try to help, everyone has a hard life and they are just doing their job following protocols and trying to get a pay check. I can’t really blame them. Which is why I’m so grateful Zen actually took their time to listen to me, helped me sort out my prescription *and* also answered questions regarding another medication I didn’t even get from them. I can’t tell you how many times other pharmacies have refused to answer any questions if I haven’t got the medication from them.

They didn’t have to listen and help, they could have told me the same thing every other pharmacy did. But they *chose* to listen, to help, to be patient and kind, to treat a random customer over the phone like a human being. That was a choice they didn't have to make but they did.

To anyone who’s not struggled with the healthcare system while being chronically ill, this is probably just something minor. But to anyone who understands the helplessness and shame of struggling and being made to feel like you are crazy… This is something huge.

This pharmacy is something else. You can find the hardest things and if they dont stock it just ask them and they will get it to you.

We moved out of London but they will mail me my prescriptions. We have been ordering them for 3 years. I have only had 2 slightly annoying experiences with them in 3 years, that is realistic and reasonable as I was partly at fault too. Easy to contact. Easy to order from. Responsive. Helpful. We used the clinic as well. Also good. Lately I’ve been having a really hard time finding a medication I need and they were very very helpful which I really, deeply appreciate. If I don’t have this medicine, I don’t function, and there’s been a large shortage. They were very very helpful. Thank you Zen for three years of help.

Noemi is a great nurse, very kind sweet and professional. We did vitamins and NAD iv. We did also full vitamins blood test and Micronutrient test.

I had an excellent IV treatment when I went last month, the person administering the treatment, Noemi, was very helpful and kind throughout the process. Would absolutely recommend them.
