Thank God that there are still people who do not hesitate to help others and I would like to say with respect that Mr. Chris Tipler is one of these people. Some time ago, I was issued a fine by mistake, and by contacting Mr. Chris Tipler and stating the reason for the mistake, I asked him for help to follow up to correct this mistake. Fortunately, this mistake was resolved by his action and I am very grateful for his help!

Zenith are a new management company for our building following a RTM takeover. They are a total contrast to the previous abysmal managing agent ( EMS ). James and Leah have been exceptionally helpful along with our new property manager Alma. My dealings today by email with Alex and Jac have been pleasant and efficient.
