Easy to navigate and get the insurance I was looking for
Brendan was of great help with the questions I had and service was fast with the follow up email with the changes I was looking for

Wasted my time for almost a week getting them information for them to reject my childcare insurance. Why advertise it if you don't offer it?? Companies should be held liable for wasting people's time and energy!

I had a very positive experience working with Kathleen Lewis. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and she provided support in a timely and thoughtful way. What I especially appreciated was her approach—helpful and attentive, while always allowing space to make decisions comfortably. I would gladly recommend her.

Let me open with - I didn't comparison shop on price. That said, I found Zensurance very easy to deal with. I'm a first time incorporated business, and I needed a simple, quote with a few options on coverage, that would meet my liability requirements.

I went though the online quote generator, that sent me a quote, and connected me with a real person - David Edwards - he was very patient over the three months between first quote and my purchasing the policy, and provided me the space to make my decision. He was always responsive and reissued the quote when my first had expired.

Paperwork was provided promptly within 1-2 days of payment, and process is very smooth. I have not filed a claim, but overall would recommend from a customer service perspective.
