Avoid Zenvora - faulty product
Customer service has been extremely disappointing. I was gifted a ring for Christmas which unfortunately is faulty and does not work as intended.
Over the past four months, I have gone back and forth with their support team, completing multiple troubleshooting steps and providing video evidence, yet the issue remains unresolved. Despite being told a replacement would be arranged, this has not happened.
Instead, I have repeatedly been asked to provide the same information and videos again, which has caused unnecessary delay and frustration.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company based on my experience.
