Not an insurance, refusing to repair my TV, telling me screen are not covered, avoid avoid avoid.

Easy enough to organise repair and work was competently carried out. However it took several weeks from reporting issue to repair being completed. Engineer came out and had to order parts. You’d think they might carry things with them or at least hold them in stock. It wasn’t such an issue for the dishwasher repair we had done - I can pull on some marigolds and turn on the hot tap when pushed - but if it had been a washing machine I couldn’t have managed without it for so long so would likely have abandoned repair and just bought a new one.

Great customer service skills. Calm and approachable when dealing with my query. Offered solutions and directed me to the correct department to assist in areas she was unable to.

Yanis phoned to say when he would be here to look at my washer dryer, unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix it today but he was lovely and said I should get a call in the next few days saying if it can be fixed or replaced. Obviously disappointed I’m still without my washer/dryer but can’t fault the service you get from Zest.
