Above and Beyond for a Special Delivery

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at ZFlowers for the incredible effort they put into delivering flowers to my client on Great Barrier Island. It’s not an easy place to get to, but they were up for the challenge and truly went above and beyond.

From the beginning, they communicated with me every step of the way—prompt, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. It was clear they were determined to make it happen, and their outside-the-box thinking and persistence paid off.

They did everything they could to ensure my client received the flowers, and it meant a lot. Exceptional service and a team that clearly cares. Highly recommend!

DisappointedThe chocolates ordered with these…

The chocolates ordered with these flowers were not delivered which was very disappointing. If I had not asked the recipient about the quality of the chocolates I would never have known. Receiving a refund really doesn't assuage the situation. Ordering from overseas you want a supplier that you can count on.

Put my order in on Sat 12th of July no delivery

Put my order in on Sat 12th of July approx 9:30am, stating that the flowers were for my wifes birthday on Sun 13th July. I received a call at about 10am saying that they are unable to deliver on Sunday as they are closed can they deliver on Monday 14th July. I said they are for a birthday on Sun 12th.. they agreed to deliver them in the evening of Sat 12th.... that call ended about 10:15am Sat 12th July. It is now Sat evening 9:13pm and still no delivery. Using the tracking website it seems that they are shutdown for the day. Spent approx $235 on flowers, with chocolates that appear now to be coming a day late. Very poor service and follow up.... I cant seem to get anyone on the line to find out the status of my order.

A birthday present that almost didn’t happen. My wife only received confirmation of arrival late in the afternoon after we had already left for celebrations elsewhere. Why couldn’t they be delivered earlier?

Paid 75$ real cost 15$ 🤐 Pay an extra for a medium teddy bear she didn’t receive it they put 4 chocolate bars at the place. For the price, better to try to call a local will be better more options more quantities and quality for the price of the delivery same is a steal. no pass by this platform waste of money….

Late delivery and expensive

As with many customers, flowers did not arrive on time - Mother’s Day. Numerous e mails and no update. However flowers arrived following day… which defeats the objective!
Pricey delivery charge and the flowers themselves….. would advise to avoid

Another Disappointment

Sadly ,the flowers I'd ordered and confirmed at least twice , were not delivered today (Friday) This was very disappointing as this has happened previously as well.
The instructions were quite clear regarding the date and location.
Even after actually ORDERING the flowers I was contacted TWICE about ordering flowers for Mother's Day. I explained I'd ALREADY ordered. Then someone rang me to ask if I wanted to order!
I'm afraid I'll be looking to another provider next time.
UPDATE: The flowers were delivered today (Sunday). I would have liked to have been informed that this was going to be the case. This company has lost my business.I've been a customer for many years and expected better service,

Website is easy to use

Website is easy to use. No issues so far ordering from this sites for the past couple of years. Wish there were more options but I have no major complaints with the selections available so far. Perhaps as they grow, more options will come.
