1) E-mail confirmation did not include one of the essential forms for custom clearance, this delayed shipment for at least one day.
2) The drop down menu for the final destination (Bristol UK) did not contain the right post-code. This caused an additional delay.
3) It took one week for delivery, instead of the 3-4 days anticipated.
Other than that, delivery by UPS was OK.
