Habe bei DHgate ein E-Bike bestellt. Dieses ist bis heute nicht angekommen. Laut DHgate ist das Fahrrad schon geliefert. Laut Sendungsverfolgung ist es noch im Transit. Heute 19. September. Hab ich die Mitteilung, daß meine Bestellung geliefert wird. Verkäufer jetboard hat sich um alles gekümmert. Danke

I understand how inconvenient this is for you but upon checking here, it shows that your order has an invalid tracking number 1Z7E610Y6802459717. I suggest you file the dispute so that we can help you in getting a refund. Once the dispute is opened, your seller is given 5 days to respond and sort things out with you. If ever you can't reach an agreement with the seller, you can request for Dhgate Mediation after 5 days from the time that the dispute is filed.
Here are the steps on how to open a DISPUTE using the mobile APP
1. Open your DHgate mobile APP 2. Tap the “Account” icon found at the bottom part of the home page 3. Go to “My Orders” 4. Tap the “Shipped” tab and tap the order that you want to open a dispute 5. Under the Order Detail section, you will see “Return & Refund” 6. Please fill out the information needed before you tap “Submit”
