I submitted a claim for the loss of a…bracelet in early May 2025 and have not received settlement of my claim or any correspondence from Ripe Valuables since early June 2025

I submitted a claim for the loss of a bracelet valued at approx £1000.00 in early May 2025. I submitted all the required paperwork to support my claim and yet 13 weeks later I am still waiting on this claim to be resolved. I have contacted Ripe Valuables on several occasion seeking an update and have been very disappointed by the lack of any meaningful information as to the progress of my claim. Given the relatively small amount of the claim I would have expected it to have been resolved weeks ago but I am left without any resolution after 3months, Absolutely unacceptable and extremely poor customer care from Ripe valuables. I certainly will NOT be doing any further business with is company in the future
