This was my first experience with an audiologist. Roshni Thanki was wonderful, put me at complete ease. She was very professional, caring, thorough, punctual and explained everything in great detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Her customer service skills are second to done. Follow up appointments were made quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend. Many thanks Roshni.
