My appointment with Roshni was excellent, she explained everything to me about replacing my hearing aids. Gave me a week to try them out, and then showed me how to maintain them and the extra facilities I could control through my phone. Overall I cannot fault her service and dedication to me, a customer.

A small blip with the timing of the appointment. The central contact operator booked me in with the wrong technician at the wrong time, so this had to be changed - but this was done efficiently.
May I wholeheartedly commend my audiologist Roshni who has been my contact for several years now. Roshni is always punctual with appointments yet, even when she is obviously busy, I am given full attention and my every query is listened to and carefully explained. I never feel hurried and she allows me to express any queries, however minor before explaining and advising. Although the technology is complicated, Roshni has a great gift of communicating every detail in simple, layman's language, before checking that I have fully grasped the facts. The appointments are totally stress free and I go away feeling that I have been examined professionally, efficiently, yet in the most courteous and kindly manner. Roshni is a true asset for Boots.

Boots Hearingcare, Gallowtree Gate, Leicester in the person of Roshni T was a very professional, competent and conscientious experience. I was concerned about long term back-up, product and day to day usage. These concerns were addressed, clarified and assured. I had hearing aids already but found them difficult to use and fiddly with insufficient support. Boots were more practical.

Roshni is always helpful and with a smile.She is very thorough and clearly explains the process and the results.
The available options are set out and whilst she makes recommendations is never pushy.

Roshni, has been a wonderful advisor and a life saver enabling me to continue with my job as my hearing deteriorated. Roshni herself. She is patient chatty polite and very friendly always greets you with your first name and a lovely smile. Your never rushed she finds time to listen to the problem you have and put it right nothing is to much trouble for her .she always asks how we are and the family.
